Disappointing. The apartment does not match the photos Our experience with the Escor 3000 apartment in Calafell was very disappointing. The apartment we found did not correspond to the one shown in the listing photographs. The images show modern, renovated apartments, whereas the one we were assigned was very old, with damaged furniture and very worn beds. As soon as we entered there was a very strong smell of food, which seemed to come from previous guests, and the apartment was not in an acceptable state of cleanliness or hygiene. The kitchen was especially dirty. The utensils and crockery were quite disgusting, to the point that we had to buy bleach to clean and disinfect everything before using it to cook and eat. We also had to clean the floor and wash the sheets ourselves because they did not seem to be in an adequate condition. Another thing we found particularly unpleasant was the shower curtain, which was covered in grime — totally unhygienic and, in our opinion, should have been replaced or properly cleaned before guests arrived. We understand a holiday rental does not have to be luxurious, but it should match the advertised photographs and be handed over clean and hygienic. In this case, we consider that neither requirement was met. We do not recommend this accommodation and hope the company reviews both the cleanliness and the condition of the apartments and ensures the photos used in the listing truly represent the apartment provided to the guest.

Otro punto que nos pareció especialmente desagradable fue la cortina de la ducha, que estaba llena de suciedad, algo totalmente antihigiénico y que, en nuestra opinión, debería haberse sustituido o limpiado correctamente antes de la llegada de los huéspedes. Entendemos que un apartamento de alquiler turístico no tiene por qué ser de lujo, pero sí debería corresponderse con las fotografías anunciadas y entregarse limpio y en condiciones higiénicas. When the hotel told me my booking had been cancelled, you were so helpful and did everything you could to reassure me and worked with the hotel to straighten out the issue. I was really impressed and greatful and despite me not getting a room close by, it want your error and I know you tried your best. I would definitely book with you again
