Increíble experiencia. Supongo que por ser un día de baja afluencia nos dijeron que nos cambiaban a una habitación de luxe y ha sido inmejorable: una habitación enorme con jacuzzi y con vistas a la preciosa ciudad antigua de Carcasona. Las camas super cómodas, no le faltaba de nada a la habitación. Pudimos aprovechar el alquiler de bicis de 1h para dar un paseo por al lado del río, una ruta muy bonita y sencilla de hacer en bici. Y además nos dejaron utilizar la piscina del hotel el día que nos íbamos, un detallazo. Todo el personal muy amable y cordial. Preguntamos si nos dejaban subir comida a la habitación y no nos pusieron impedimentos, por lo que pudimos aprovechar bien la habitación esa noche. Ha sido una estancia fantástica, para repetir.

Tuvimos un pequeño problema para que saliera el agua caliente de la ducha, ya que tardaba más de lo normal, pero al final salió. El desayuno, para ser un hotel de 5 estrellas nos pareció un poco escaso, hemos estado en hoteles de 4 estrellas con más oferta y variedad de alimentos en el desayuno, pero estaba bueno.
