8.4 Inés Travelled with family January 2023 Spacious and comfortable room and very friendly staff. Staying at a Disney hotel is always wonderful. Regarding buscounchollo, we did not have to contact them at all: they perfectly sent all the necessary documentation by email and when we arrived at the hotel they already had everything prepared. It is important to know that it is a group reservation, so at the Sequoia hotel you have to go to the group reception, not the normal reception.

7 Susana Travelled with family December 2022 The hotel is very nice

El hotel muy bonito

I find it incredible that there are hardly any vegan options. At breakfast there were only vegan sausages and if you asked they would bring you soy milk and vegan croissants from the kitchen but nothing else

4.6 Maria Isabel Travelled with family December 2022 The agency is looking for everything very well. The good thing about the hotel is the proximity to the parks.

We stayed at the Sequoia and we had a problem with the heating in the room that was not solved until the last night when we asked for the complaint form, which was what caused them to send the technicians... but we had to sleep two nights in thermal clothing from the We were cold, four people including children because they didn't fix it or give us any solution. It only took 4 minutes to fix it when the technicians finally came. This hotel needs urgent renovation.
