About the accommodation

Disney's Hotel Santa Fe 2* is located in the town of Coupvray, on the outskirts of the Paris metropolitan area (about 43 km from the center). The Disneyland Paris park is 2 km from the hotel.

The accommodation perfectly combines fun and relaxation, all in a picturesque atmosphere set in the Cars movie that will transport you to the border of the United States and Mexico. After leaving the mythical Route 66, here you can rest and recharge your batteries to continue the party.

The hotel is located on the banks of the Rio Grande River, a 15-20 minute walk from the entrance gates to the parks and 10 minutes from Disney Village.

At the Rio Grande bar, the party never ends and, on specific days, you can enjoy live music. On the other hand, La Cantina restaurant, decorated like a Santa Fe market, serves Mexican specialties and a buffet with international dishes. In addition, it also has a children's playground and a video game room, great! :-)

You can immerse yourself in the magic of Disney at all times and enjoy exclusive services such as: taking pictures with different characters, access to the parks before they open to guests without lodging (depending on the date of your visit, this service may vary)and the possibility of arriving at the parks with shuttle buses that make the route between the hotels and the car park lot next to the entrances of the two parks.

El seguro que contratamos no cubrió o no mejor dicho no quiso cubrir las necesidades de atención que tuvimos. Coincidió el problema con que era el día que teníamos que marchar y todo se complicó.

El hotel es uno de los más lejanos del parque, pero aun así está cerca, a 15´ a pie. Hay autobuses constantemente para ir y venir del parque. Hicimos el check in la tarde anterior, por lo que el día de la entrada, llegamos al hotel a las 7am dejamos las maletas, y directas al parque a disfrutar de la hora mágica. El edificio central donde se encuentra la recepción hay un Starbucks. Durante nuestra estancia vimos a Goofy y a Pluto. Check out automático, con lo cual no has de pasar por recepción. Personal muy amable, y muchos hablaban español. Hotel Perfecto para descansar, después de estar todo el día disfrutando del parque.
Sin aire acondicionado, solo un ventilador en el techo q no daba nada de aire. La ventana solo se puede abrir 10cm, por lo que pasamos bastante calor por las noches. Algún desperfecto en la habitación, principalmente en el baño, pero nada de importancia o que te impida disfrutar de la estancia.
