The apartments need a reform. The wear and tear of the facilities is noticeable...chipped walls, the shower without a curtain leaks water, few kitchen utensils. The truth is that it is a cheap accommodation but it would need improvements in terms of quality.

The garbage from previous guests was still in the room, there were stains on floors and walls, there were two eating utensils and the dishes on top of them were dirty... the plasterboard above the TV was broken. I have stayed in other 3 star apartments with better finishes, much cleaner (or simply, cleaner) and with a more careful decoration (that's up to taste but it seemed to me to be very empty and sad, with 4 pieces of furniture). The service on the first day was good, we were attended very kindly, but to our "complaint" that the garbage from previous guests was still in the room, their response was that there was no one who could do anything at that time. (In fact, we left the room and there it stayed). And lastly, talk about the location of these. It was full of tourists, I think we only saw one Spanish restaurant, the rest was all for tourism. Lots of revelry and drunkenness at night.

La basura de los anteriores huéspedes seguía en la habitación, había manchas en suelos y paredes, había dos cubiertos para comer y los platos encima estaban sucios… el pladur de encima del televisor estaba roto. He estado en otros apartamentos 3 estrellas con mejores acabados, mucha más limpieza (o simplemente, limpieza) y con una decoración más cuidada (eso ya va a gustos pero me pareció estar muy vacío y triste, con 4 muebles). El servicio el primer día fue bueno, nos atendieron muy amables, pero ante nuestra “queja” de que la basura de los anteriores huéspedes seguía en la habitación, su respuesta fue que no había nadie que pudiese hacer nada en ese momento. (De hecho, dejamos la habitación y ahí se quedó). Y por último, hablar de la ubicación de estos. Estaba lleno de turistas, creo que solo vimos un restaurante español, el resto estaba todo destinado al turismo. Mucha juerga y borracho por la noche.
