The apartments need a reform. The wear and tear of the facilities is noticeable...chipped walls, the shower without a curtain leaks water, few kitchen utensils. The truth is that it is a cheap accommodation but it would need improvements in terms of quality.

I have stayed in other 3 star apartments with better finishes, much cleaner (or simply, cleaner) and with a more careful decoration (that's up to taste but it seemed to me to be very empty and sad, with 4 pieces of furniture). The service on the first day was good, we were attended very kindly, but to our "complaint" that the garbage from previous guests was still in the room, their response was that there was no one who could do anything at that time. (In fact, we left the room and there it stayed). And lastly, talk about the location of these. It was full of tourists, I think we only saw one Spanish restaurant, the rest was all for tourism. Lots of revelry and drunkenness at night.
