Lamentablemente no hay nada bueno que destacar. Es evidente que nos equivocamos al escoger este viaje.

Todo, sin excepción, fue paupérrimo, penoso, vergonzoso y cuantos adjetivos negativos se puedan añadir. Atención al cliente inexistente, tripulación mal educada, incluso grosera, sin modales, carentes de formación para el desempeño de sus funciones, desorganización absoluta, incumplimiento del programa previsto, improvisación a la orden del día, suciedad notoria por doquier, camarotes sin limpiar, limitación de la bebida en la fiesta de fin de año, comida repetitiva, cansina y mal cocinada, espectáculos insulsos, sin gracia alguna y realizados por postadolescentes con absoluta inexperiencia (era más que evidente), nulas indicaciones de ubicación dentro del barco, caos (cómo no, por falta de previsión) en el desembarco de los vehículos, etc, etc, etc. Desde luego Grimaldi Lines lo ha bordado tratándonos como a borregos y sin un ápice de remordimiento por el mal servicio prestado. La calidad de la comida ha estado bien. El grupo de chicos animadores han sido muy divertidos y han hecho que todo sea mas ameno.

Han habido cosas que no tienen perdón, algunos camareros muy antipaticos, cuando se han acabado cosas te decian que es lo que hay y no podian hacer nada, iban muy lentos, unas colas grandisimas para tomar una copa, pero era por que eran muy lentos trabajando, no tenian ganas. Pocos camareros eran normales. Tampoco me ha gustado la informacion que han ido dando para el movimiento de los coches, no se entendia muy bien como proceder, quizas con una explicacion anticipada de como hay que hacerlo habria estado mucho mejor.
