Es el segundo crucero que hacemos con Pullmantur y en general la experiencia es muy satisfactoria. Los puntos fuertes serían: - El todo incluido. Así te olvidas de todo y puedes comer/beber lo que quieras durante el crucero. Además, si te gusta beber y vas sin niños, el Todo Incluido Premium que ofrecen merece mucho la pena. - La relación calidad/precio del crucero es inmejorable en comparación con otras navieras, con vuelos, propinas y todo incluido. - El itinerario ha estado muy bien, es una gozada poder hacer turismo sin calor. Lo que más nos ha gustado ha sido Feroe y Trondheim. - La calidad de la comida del barco es bastante alta, especialmente las cenas. - El personal del barco te brinda una atención y amabilidad exquisitas.
Como siempre, hay cosas que mejorar o que simplemente no gustan tanto. En este caso han sido las siguientes: - El "fresquito" tiene como contrapartida que pierdes todo el entretenimiento de la zona de la piscina. En el crucero del Rondo Veneciano habia mucha más ambientacion y fiestas en cubierta y en la zona de la piscina, sin contar con la posibilidad de bañarse. Eso lo hemos echado de menos en este crucero. - La edad media del pasaje era muy alta, y hemos notado mucho que las actividades estaban más orientadas a la "tercera edad", lo cual tampoco nos ha gustado. Apenas había actividades orientadas para niños o eras muy escasas. Esto también afecta a la ambientación nocturna, que a partir de medianoche era prácticamente nula. Quizá deberían avisar de este aspecto antes de reservar, porque afecta incluso a los espectáculos (mucho mejores en nuestra opinión en el Rondo Veneciano, salvo los de los dos últimos días). - El proceso de desembarco fue horroroso. Citan a 250 personas a la vez y las mandan desembarcar, colapsando todas las escaleras y ascensores, con carros y niños pequeños. Un desastre, muy muy mejorable. - El recibir la documentación del crucero solamente 2 días antes no me parece de recibo, ya que te impide orgnizarte apropiadamente. NOTA: No imprimir las 3 copias de la documentación como pone en el correo. No sirve para nada, con una copia es suficiente.
