Hemos tenido problemas para contratar el servicio de bebidas premiun online por problemas en la web y llamamos para hacerlo por teléfono y había el mismo problema aunque nos dijeron que podíamos contratarlo en el barco pero nadie nos advirtió que el precio variaba en incremento por hacerlo allí Esto es la única parte negativa que hemos tenido y sería de agradecer que se informara de estas cuestiones

Hay dos destinos dentro de la ruta que realiza el crucero que no me han parecido interesantes: Haugesund y Rostock También me hubiese gustado que se hubiese recorrido la ida o la vuelta a Flam durante el día y no durante la noche, para poder así disfrutar de la navegación por el fiordo, que es una de las cosas más espectaculares del viaje.

Lo que más me ha gustado ha sido la comida, variada y todo muy rico. La animación también está muy bien. Y por supuesto las ciudades visitadas, todas muy bonitas.

No me ha gustado la mala organización a la hora de desembarcar en San Petersburgo para las excursiones, estuvimos dos horas en la cola para poder salir. Nos perdimos la visita de helsinki y de rostok debido a los horarios de los vuelos , también aconsejo hacer las excursiones por libre, no merece la pena gastar tanto dinero en excursiones.
