Camarote muy amplio. Comida en el restaurante mucho mejor que en el buffet, aunque un poco repetitiva. Mucha música en directo en distintas estancias del barco. Ausencia de colas para comer
La mayoría del personal de bares antipático y poco profesional. Bebidas del todo incluido servidas en vaso, nada que ver con las que se pagan aparte. Comida del buffet bastante deficiente y poco variada. Por ir con Buscounchollo nos colocaron en la peor zona del restaurante, junto a la cocina, todos los de la mesa habíamos reservado por aquí; nuestro embarque también fue de los últimos y el primer día perdimos la comida. En definitiva por el precio pagado está bien, pero no sé si repetiría

Pues en este nos dejaron sin comer la segunda noche por un error del camarero, y qué solución nos dieron ninguna, a dormir sin comer por qué ya cerraron cocina y nosotros viendo comer a todas las mesas vergonzoso, eso si a partir de hay el servicio mejoró, nos pusieron un camarero que hablaba español y como tiene que ser servicio perfecto. Pero el disgusto y el cabreo del segundo día te lo comes tú, por que estos impresentables siempre se lavan las manos por lo que veo. Ya no quería ir con ellos por la mala experiencia de hace 2 años pero al final me convencieron por qué era un regalo de cumpleaños para la otra pareja, pero visto lo visto, lo de Costa no tiene nombre y no me creo que sea una cosa aislada, por qué en los dos últimos que me haya tocado a mí solo ya sería el colmo y eso es que han recortado en servicio muchísimo y cuando recortas es lo que hay el perjudicado el cliente. Dentro del barco solo 2 puntos en contra: 1. Bastante pesados los fotógrafos. Creo que es un servicio ya de poco interés, en el que invierten muchos recursos y la gente no lo disfruta. Insisten mucho en hacerte fotos, incluso torpedeando el paso de la gente. 2. La cerveza bastante mala. Con el "pack de ahorro" de cerveza, a más de 5 Euros la unidad, y parecia agua saborizada.

When the hotel told me my booking had been cancelled, you were so helpful and did everything you could to reassure me and worked with the hotel to straighten out the issue. I was really impressed and greatful and despite me not getting a room close by, it want your error and I know you tried your best. I would definitely book with you again
