Es un buen hotel, no he tenido ningún problema. El parking muy cómodo y una gran ventaja que tenga cargador eléctrico. El buffet de desayuno estupendo, hubo un día sobresaturado por una convención pero en minutos solucionaron la congestión y prácticamente no notamos la diferencia, y el acceso 24/7 del gym se agradece. Y los servicios de la habitación correctos, y por supuesto bien limpia.

El horario del spa limitado, aunque daba tiempo de sobra, nos habría gustado poder usarlo después de la sesión nocturna del gym.

Creo que nos dieron habitación más pequeña para tres por hacerlo a través de esta página, sinceramente. El spa no se debe llamar así, ahora entiendo porque no hay fotos.. si lo hubiera visto no habría cogido este hotel, me podía haber decantado por el Ipanema (que además estuve otras veces, u otro en Vilanova de Gaia en el que me había alojado hace menos de una año). La ubicación… fatal el último día en esa zona nos robaron a los españoles.. aué opináis??.. pues que a mi me hubiera gustado saber de antemano que no me iban a destrozar el coche y llevarse lo que les dio la gana. No me senti apoyada por parte del personal de recepción cuando un niño de 12 años fue a avisarles de lo ocurrido y que igual tardábamos en poder hacer el check out, su contestación fue simple te que llamáramos a la policía (gracias pero eso ya lo estaba haciendo un crío llamando al 112, mientras yo cancelaba tele peaje, soldred etc). Ni que decir tiene que ya no pudimos tener un desayuno… En fin, yo no volvería, ni lo voy a recomendar. Por suerte o por desgracia viajo mucho por trabajo tanto en España como internacional, y esto es la primera vez que me ocurre… peros como Graduada tb en turismo debo decir que el servicio no ha sido acorde a lo que se hubiera esperado. Lo siento, pero esta ha sido mi experiencia.
