Tranquilidad, naturaleza, balneario, buffet con variedad, habitación espaciosa y limpia. Recomiendo el paseo en barco por el Júcar y la visita a la cueva Don Juan

El hotel está apartado de carreteras principales. No había mucha oferta de ocio en Cofrentes, aparte de actividades en la naturaleza.

El spa aunque esta alejado del hotel es bastante completo y amplio.

El hotel super retirado de los pueblos, malas carreteras de acceso, las chicas de la limpieza llamando desde antes de las 9 para hacer las habitaciones y más de una vez,..el restaurante en otro local más arriba, el spa en otra "urbanizacion", teníamos media pensión y teníamos que hacer cola para desayunar y cenar, pedimos un día comer abonando lo que costase y nos dijeron que no que había mucha gente ( no nos dieron opción de horarios)... en general todo mal!

El personal del hotel es encantador.

Al llegar al hotel, que por cierto esta a 1,5Km del balneario, el personal nos informa de que nos han adjudicado una hora concreta para disfrutar del circuito termal, vamos que la entrada al mismo no es libre, ellos deciden por ti. De echo, llamamos al hotel días antes para confirmar y preguntar dudas y no se nos informó de esta situación, por lo visto había un rango de horas para elegir, pero cuando llegamos al hotel los horarios "normales" estaban cogidos. Así que tuvimos que hacer el circuito a las 8 de la noche. Una vez en el circuito termal, las instalaciones están muy mal organizadas y son pequeñas. Te tratan como ganado y solo puedes disfrutar del circuito termal durante 45min. Al acabar el circuito, preguntamos por las duchas para quitarnos el cloro.... No habían duchas!!! Además tuvimos que coger el coche para volver a nuestro hotel, llegamos justos para cenar y sin poder ducharnos, con el cloro en el cuerpo. Por otra parte, la comida muy floja, nosotros fuimos en régimen de media pensión y el desayuno no estaba mal, pero la cena.... Muy floja!!!
