El resort esta genial, es tranquilo y con distintas actividades para poder hacer a cualquier hora. Las casitas son completas, amplias y tienen intimidad. La comida está buena y reponen de inmediato.

La atención es muy mejorable, no sólo por qué tan solo hay 4 personas que hablan algún idioma más a parte del Francés, si no, por que el horario es reducido en el todo incluido, algún empleado se dirige a los huéspedes ( españoles ) de muy malas maneras y hay poca atención.

La comida pésima,estábamos en régimen de todo incluido y hemos comido durante 2 días pollo, muy poca variedad de comida y un buffet ridículo, aparte las habitaciones sin aire acondicionado,un ventilador y vas que te matas....NO LO RECOMIENDO, eso sí, avispas había para hechar a los cochinos....pésima la experiencia....podría poner más cosas negativas ,pero lo dejaremos así!!!!

Nada. Ha Sido totalmente decepcionante.

nos dieron una habitación llena de hormigas, no en el suelo, sinó todas las camas llenas de hormigas muertas. La ducha con un clínex usado, etc. Sin aires acondicionados y ventiladores que no funcionan, horroso con la ola de calor. Pedí que me cambiaran de habitación a una de aire Porq con las altas temperaturas era un riesgo dormir ahí, sobretodo para el bebé. Y me hacían pagar por el cambio 500 euros. Además de no ponerse en mi lugar. La comida todos los días igual, no varían y nada de plato caliente para comer, además de poca higiene en el buffet y llena de avispas comiéndose todo. El trato muy malo, no saben español y tampoco hacen por intentar entenderte con el traductor. No tenía colchón la cuna del bebé y me decían que durmiese sobre la madera. Animación para los niños 0, tampoco podía entrar al miniclub a jugar con mi hijo pequeño. Tenía que dejarlo e irme.
