No puede gustarte nada cuando todo lo que decían y ponía es mentira
Desde que lleguemos mala atención, habitación no había visto una tan vieja, como el hotel que de hotel tiene poco yo he visto hostales mejor que ese sitio llamarlo hotel es mentir, el desayuno solo café y no tenía nada más estando tomando café estaban fregando el suelo, bajaron las temperaturas y le comenté si ponían la calefacción, me dijo que no que hacía calor,le dije que me diera una manta me dijo que no y para escusarse dijo que las estaban limpiando todas, las cortinas de la habitación estaban rotas en el baño tenía puesto un dosificador que ponía gel y champú para todo bañera ymanpara y cubo de basura todo deteriorado y roto. Nos tuvimos que ir al día siguiente por todo lo que comento,estando pagado. No entiendo como el busco un chollo puede dar ese servicio y rebajarse tanto por ganar dinero porque de esa manera lo que hacen es perder cliente como nosotros teniendo fotos de prueba. Mi MUJER COMO YO NOS SENTIMOS ESTAFADOS

Excellent hotel, very clean and comfortable. The staff were friendly and helpful, the location was great, and we had a very enjoyable stay. I would definitely recommend this hotel and would be happy to return again.

So glad to have found this company. Really good prices and very easy to book with. They are very responsive to any queries and I found them very helpful. Unfortunately, due to ill health, we had to cancel our last holiday but had a full refund within minutes of notifying them.

my weekend .The hotel,excellent nice quiet location…
The hotel,excellent nice quiet location within walking distance of public transport rail and bus. ( I have mobility issues) accommodation high standard but for me the bath was an issue (no grab bars)room spaciousand airy.Staff very helpful excellent service. Meals well presented, excellent in variety .Public rooms clean and tidy particularly enjoyed the library.Public areas loved the tranquility and coolness of the lawns and the 2nd swimming pool. I would stay again.I have recommended this hotel to my friends

I wanted to check in 15 minutes after my booking. At the reception they could not see my booking. It was around 10 pm but the jump2spain helpdesk was available and talked to the reception so i could check in. Which was a really great service.
