La amabilidad en trato del personal
There were not enough options for gluten free breakfast. Only industrial bread and juice. The waitress tried to solve it the second day by serving the toast with Serrano ham and natural orange juice. The ham was neither labeled nor packaged but he assured me that he would control cross contamination. Celiacs need to be able to have breakfast since we pay for it like the rest. Please, it's an autoimmune disease.
No había suficientes opciones para el desayuno sin gluten. Únicamente pan y zumo industrial. La camarera lo intentó solucionar el segundo día sirviend la tostada con jamón serrano y un zumo de naranja natural. El jamón no estaba ni etiquetado ni envasado pero me aseguró que iba a controlar la contaminación cruzada. Los celíacos necesitamos poder desayunar puesto que lo pagamos como los demás. Por favor, es una enfermedad autoinmune.

 1 Ana Belen Travelled with couple March 2022 The room was above the cafeteria, the piped music from the cafeteria could be heard almost more in the room than in the cafeteria itself (until 12 at night and the next day at 8 it was on again). The next day we reported it and they put it on later, but the noises, bangs and cleaning ladies talking in front of our room at 7.40 in the morning woke us up just the same…impossible to rest The noise from the street was heard as if we had the room with windows open to street level, very poor soundproofing. The receptionist who was there when we arrived (J.carlos) was very careful, clearly we will not return to this hotel.
La habitación estaba encima de la cafetería, el hilo musical de la cafetería se oía casi más en la habitación que en la propia cafetería( hasta las 12 de la noche y al día siguiente a las 8 estaba puesto otra vez). Al día siguiente lo dijimos y lo pusieron más tarde, pero los ruidos, golpes y señoras de la limpieza hablando en frente de nuestra habitación a las 7.40 de la mañana nos despertaron igual…imposible descansar El ruido de la calle se oía como si tuviéramos la habitación con las ventanas abiertas a ras de calle, muy mala insonorización. El recepcionista que estaba cuando llegamos (J.carlos) un borde de mucho cuidado, claramente no repetiremos en este hotel.
