Me ha encantado la ubicación, estar al lado de un lago no tiene precio. El camping está muy bien, sobretodo la zona de piscinas, muy completo para los niños. Q sea pet friendly también es una pasada, aunq tuvieron una confusión con nuestro bungalow q solventaron rapidamente. Todo muy completo y el personal muy amable en general.

No nos gustó la playa privada, estaba bastante sucia y olía muy mal, como si hubieran vertido de heces. Hay servicios q deberian tener incluidos como las sábanas o toallas.

La piscina estaba muy bien, zona Spa agradeble, no masificada. Ubicación cerca del Alguero, pueblo precioso. Habitación pequeña pero suficiente. Echamos de menos algo más de espacio para almacenaje, el que hay es muy escaso. Lugar tranquilo para descansar. Camas cómodas.

Que cobren por el aire acondicionado 8 euros por día. Abusivo en verano. No había ningún pequeño electrodoméstico; ni microondas, ni tostadora, ni cafetera, ni secador. En el lugar que aparcamos el coche se manchaba muchísimo de resina de los árboles. En el restaurante no servían pizzas en la hora de la comida, solo en la cena. Que Grimaldi nos avisara la noche de antes que cambiaba la hora de Salida de las 10h a las 14h. Llegamos a casa mucho más tarde de lo previsto, y apenas nos dio tiempo a dormir la noche anterior. Que te echen del camerino 2 horas antes de la llegada a destino.

Una travesía de ida que tenía de ser entre 10-11h, fue de 20h y a la vuelta de 14’30h, el barco no tenia limpieza y en estado de restauración sin poder acceder a todas las zonas además con el peligro de que habían materiales de reparación repartidos por todo el barco, las zonas comunes abarrotadas, el personal muy desagradable, con esperas de hasta 2h para atender en los bares- restaurantes del barco, nos quisieron sacar del camarote 3 horas antes de llegar a destino y dejarnos como borregos en los pasillos y descansillos. Un cero para Grimaldi.
