El pack contratado incluía un crucero en barco, que no se pudo realizar debido al clima, y se me devolvió el importe que considerasteis el valor de dicha actividad. Aunque la valoración para la devolución del importe me pareció baja, más aún después de ver allí los precios que habitualmente tienen estos viajes. Pero sobre todo, también incluía una visita a una bodega, que no se pudo realizar debido a que esta estaba en obras, sin ofrecernos alternativa a visitar cualquier otra bodega, ni devolución tampoco de ningún tipo de dinero. Por favor, revisar sobre todo este último punto. Quedo a la espera de su respuesta. Muchas gracias.

Ha sido un acierto elegir este hotel para pasar unos días de desconexión. Instalaciones nuevas , buena ubicación, habitación amplia, cama super cómoda , silencio, limpieza... El Spa nos regaló grandes momentos; descansar después de la sauna o el jacuzzi en sus comodísimas hamacas es toda una experiencia. Disfrutamos también mucho con la comida: desayuno variado y de calidad ( vaya croissants!) , sandwich club en el lobby bar y menú del día. Pero lo más destacable es sin duda el personal, siempre atentos y con una sonrisa, muy buenos profesionales. Mención especial a Mickael, camarero de lobby bar, que hizo nuestra estancia todavía más especial. Un profesional increíble. Esperamos volver pronto.

Quizás en el Spa. No funciona el baño turco y el agua de la piscina quizás le faltaba una poca temperatura.
