4 G.K Travelled with couple July 2026 Absolutely disappointing - price and performance do not match at all We stayed at Club Martha’s for 10 days and unfortunately left very disappointed. For a stay in this price range - we paid around €1,850 for the accommodation - I definitely expected a lot more. The biggest problem: the air conditioning in the living room didn’t work at all during our entire stay. Especially with the temperatures in Mallorca, that’s not a minor detail but, in my opinion, a major flaw. We reported the issue, but it was never properly resolved. On top of that, there were ants in the bathroom and in the room. The cleaning was also disappointing. Even though the room was apparently considered “cleaned”, it really wasn’t. The floor was definitely not mopped, at most only swept. For accommodation charging this price, that’s simply not acceptable. What annoyed me most: we pointed out these problems, but there was practically no response. No proper solution, no noticeable improvement, and no appropriate handling of our complaint. To be fair, I have to say: the location is very good and the pool areas are okay. I can’t say anything about the food as we didn’t have any. Overall, our main impression is: a lovely complex in a good location, but there is significant room for improvement regarding cleanliness, maintenance, and especially the way complaints are handled. For the price, I wouldn’t book here again.

Das größte Problem: Die Klimaanlage im Wohnzimmer hat während des gesamten Aufenthalts nicht funktioniert. Der Boden wurde definitiv nicht gewischt, sondern höchstens gefegt. Für eine Unterkunft, die diesen Preis aufruft, ist das einfach nicht akzeptabel. Was mich besonders geärgert hat: Wir haben diese Probleme angesprochen, aber es wurde praktisch nicht darauf reagiert. Keine vernünftige Lösung, keine erkennbare Verbesserung und kein angemessener Umgang mit der Beschwerde. Positiv muss man fairerweise sagen: Die Lage ist sehr gut und die Poolanlagen sind okay. Zum Essen kann ich nichts sagen, da wir dieses nicht in Anspruch genommen haben. Insgesamt bleibt bei uns aber vor allem der Eindruck: Schöne Anlage und gute Lage, aber bei Sauberkeit, Instandhaltung und vor allem beim Umgang mit Beschwerden besteht erheblicher Verbesserungsbedarf. Für den Preis würde ich hier nicht noch einmal buchen.

Al día siguiente solicitamos que alguien nos fregara la habitación tras lo ocurrido la noche anterior. El miércoles estaba todo lleno de hormigas muertas que se quedaron ahí hasta el lunes en el que nos informamos si la limpieza diaria incluía barrer y fregar y nos dijeron que si. En nuestra habitación solo se fregó el miércoles por la mañana tras solicitarlo nosotros, las hormigas han estado ahí durante toda nuestra estancia. Además el domingo tuvimos que avisar que teníamos otra vez hormigas por toda la pared y tuvieron que volver a rociar con el spray. También añadir que matamos a dos cucarachas dentro de la habitación. A eso súmale el baño empapado ya que era imposible ducharse sin mojar medio baño y ese agua o la limpiábamos nosotros o nadie lo hacía. El techo del baño estaba de lo más sucio…. Las almohadas con las fundas al revés e incluso rotas que se les salía el relleno.
