Supuestamente la limpiadora se habría enterado mal y habría cogido esa ropa que vio (palabras dichas por los propios trabajadores), aunque su versión cambiaba cada vez que hablaba con ellos, ya que de primeras supuestamente se pensaba que era basura; después de comprobar que me faltaban cosas, los trabajadores decían que podría haber entendido mal lo de llevarse los objetos (que no habría esperado el tiempo estipulado); y más tarde decían que no había abierto la bolsa (hecho imposible ya que la ropa interior que no era mía estaba en el fondo de la bolsa, y obviamente no lo había metido yo). Me vine con la seguridad de que la dirección del hotel me llamaria para darme una solución, pero no ha sido asi. He reclamado este hecho por correo, por teléfono...
