Zonas comunes bonitas, limpias y cuidadas. Habitaciones bastante nuevas. Comida excelente, mucha variedad de platos tanto para el desayuno como para la comida/cena. Siempre hay una plancha donde te cocinan carne o pescado al momento. Guisos, arroz o fideuá todos los días, pasta para los niños, etc.

The cleaning of the bedrooms was terrible, very poor. No day they did it before 12h, although at 8:30 we left it free. As it was done at the last minute and in a hurry, we imagine that they did not have time to clean well. They didn't even clean the bathroom, which was dirty for three days because there was no toilet brush either. They also left us towels for 2 people, when there were 4 of us in the room. The hotel pool was quite small for the amount of people that were there (no anti covid measures). A few days later we found out that we could go to the pool of the hotel next door (of the same chain) by chance, since at check in we were not informed of anything. Sometimes the dining room was very crowded and the food took a long time to be replenished. We believe that they did not plan to fill the hotel due to the current situation and at the last minute more bookings were made which meant that there was not enough staff to attend to them. They never had clean pool towels available at the front desk. We always had to order them and pick them up later.

Además nos dejaban toallas para 2 personas, cuando éramos 4 en la habitación. La piscina del hotel era bastante pequeña para la cantidad de gente que había (medidas anti covid nulas). A los días nos enteramos de que podíamos ir a la piscina del hotel de al lado (de la misma cadena) de casualidad, ya que en el check in no nos informaron de nada. A veces en el comedor había mucha gente y la comida tardaba en reponerse. Creemos que no tenían previsto llenar el hotel debido a la situación actual y a última hora se realizaron más reservas que provocaron que no hubiera el personal suficiente para atenderlas. Nunca les quedaban toallas limpias para la piscina disponibles en recepción. Siempre debíamos encargarlas y pasar a por ellas más tarde.
