About the accommodation

The Hotel Best Negresco 4* is located on the seafront of the Costa Dorada, in the tourist town of Salou.

The hotel has a 24-hour reception, restaurant service where you can enjoy breakfast, lunch and dinner. Connecting to the Internet will be very easy thanks to the free Wi-Fi connection available throughout the complex. For those who love sports, the hotel has a gym, also do not hesitate to go to the SPA (for a fee) where relaxing will be a luxury.

Cool off in the outdoor pool for adults and the little ones can also cool off in the children's pool!

The hotel consists of two independent buildings, so you may be staying in one or the other, but don't worry! the buildings are very close to each other. All its bedrooms have television, telephone and bathroom with shower or bathtub and hair dryer.

The hotel is a 260-meter walk from Playa Larga, connected by a pleasant promenade. It is close to bars and restaurants and a 4.4 km drive from the centre of Salou. Port Aventura Theme Park is less than 10 km away by car.

 7.3 Vanesa Travelled with family August 2020 Hotel located in a quiet area of Salou ideal for enjoying a few days of beach and pool quiet. Small beach area but ideal for families with children and crystal clear waters. The pools are small and in this year is ideal for the occupation that is in the hotel due to covid19, but if the hotel is full I doubt very much that you can take a lounger and you can swim in the pool without having to hug the one next to you.

Las piscinas son pequeñas y en este año es ideal para la ocupación que hay en el hotel debido al covid19, pero si el hotel está lleno dudo mucho que puedas coger una tumbona y te puedas bañar en la piscina sin tener que abrazarte al de al lado.
The food at the buffet is very limited and it takes a while for the trays to be replenished. I guess it is due to the lack of staff. The desserts are really bad.

Instalaciones muy buenas, Bonito y nuevo. Vistas y localizacion impresionante.
Lack of staff in the buffet especially in live cooking causing overcrowding pot lack of food replenishment and slowness in the preparation. Excessive prices in the bar and cafeteria. Lack of quality, undrinkable espresso coffee, gin and tonic in plastic cups at the modest price of 7.5 €. Car Park impossible, you have to park about 500m from the hotel unless you use the hotel's private car park at 15€/day.
Falta de personal en el Buffet sobre todo en cocina en vivo provocando masificaciones pot falta de reposicion de comida y lentitud en la elaboracion. Precios en el bar y cafeteria excesivos. Falta de calidad, cafè expreso inbebible, Gin tònic en vaso de plastico al modico precio de 7'5 € Pàrquing imposible, hay que aparcar a unos 500m del hotel a no ser que recurras al pàrquing privada del hotel a 15€/dia

Las instalaciones son buenas, muy bien situado para ir a la playa, vistas excelentes, el animador de la piscina muy bueno. El servicio muy correcto. Todo esto teniendo en cuenta los momentos que vivimos actualmente con el Covid-19.
