Habitaciones amplias. Piscina espectacular. Buenas instalaciones.

Mobiliario de habitación viejo y deteriorado. Moqueta y paredes con manchas. De 3 ascensores, 1 no funcionaba, otro indicaba sobrecarga con 5 personas y su capacidad era de más del doble, y otro funcionaba normalmente. En el restaurante la comida se agota y no se repone por falta de personal. En general el hotel necesita una renovación (pintar suelos piscina, renovar mobiliario de habitaciones, limpiar cristaleras, etc.). Spa sin piscinas funcionando.

Pues ya que estamos en estos tiempos habrían de quitar la moqueta de las habitaciones modernizar las cortinas por lo demás todo perfecto y el personal amabilísimo nos dejamos el teléfono y casi cuando estamos en el aeropuerto los acordamos y la chica de la habitación lo había recogido muy amable nos contestó enseguida y volvemos a buscarlo un estancia preciosa. También he de decir que Vueling pues descontenta porque al ir de Barcelona Lanzarote llevamos bochilla pequeña pasamos perfectamente y al volvernos han cobrado la facturación de la mochila porque dice que no la prosiguió he venido con esta mochila por qué tengo que pagar que voy a hacer una reclamación os lo digo porque está muy mal yo llevé la mochila de ida y de vuelta tenía que volver igual pero con esto de que le sean puesto eh que pueden cobrarlo todo es una son unos sinvergüenzas
