9.7 Carme Travelled with family September 2020 Hotel well located for different excursions. Spacious bedrooms with terrace. Very good pool area and in general all the facilities. Good animation despite the location covid-19. Excellent free buffet. Very varied and well prepared. A very clean and well attended dining room. Hygiene measures by covid-19 very good throughout the hotel. We have been very well and with a great sense of security.
Hotel bien situado para hacer diferentes excursiones. Habitaciones amplias con terraza. Muy buena zona de piscina y en general todas las instalaciones. Buena animación a pesar de la situación covid-19. Un excelente buffet libre. Muy variado y bien elaborado. Un comedor muy limpio y bien atendido. Las medidas de higiene por el covid-19 muy buenas en todo el hotel. Hemos estado muy bien y con mucha sensación de seguridad.

Son muy serios con las medidas de seguridad contra el COVID-19 en el comedor. Muy importante para estar tranquilos durante la estancia.
The all-inclusive is fine, but it is a bit weak. It only works from 12:00 to 18:00. And there are many things that are not included. However, the price was very competitive, so that's the least of it.
El Todo incluido está bien, pero es un poco flojo. Solo funciona desde las 12 a las 18 horas. Y hay muchas cosas que no están incluidas. No obstante, el precio era muy competitivo, por lo que es lo de menos.

 7.7 Francisco Ferrer Travelled with couple August 2020 THE PEOPLE WERE VERY FRIENDLY AND IN GENERAL QUITE GOOD. WE REALLY LIKED THE MEASURES AGAINST COVID-19, IT IS NOTICEABLE THAT THEY HAVE PUT A LOT OF MEANS AND RESOURCES. OVERALL THE STAY WAS VERY GOOD.

 9.7 Julián Travelled with couple August 2020 The experience was very good. All the staff very friendly and super attentive, congratulations to all the people who work there. The buffet very varied and quite good especially breakfast. Dining room staff super attentive with everything related to hygiene care for covid 19 in the buffet, we have been super quiet had gels everywhere. The facilities very good especially the pool area. It was our first time in Lanzarote and will not be the last thanks to this beautiful island and the hotel for having made us spend a fantastic week of holiday. I also have to say that we had two small problems that were solved right away.
La experiencia muy buena. Todo el personal muy amable y super atentos dar la enhorabuena a tod@s las personas q trabajan allí. El buffet muy variado y bastante bueno sobre todo el desayuno. Personal de comedor super atento con todo lo relacionado con el cuidado de la higiene para el covid 19 en el buffet ,hemos estado super tranquilos había geles por todos lados. Las instalaciones muy buenas sobre todo la zona de la piscina. Ha sido nuestra primera vez en Lanzarote y no sera la última gracias a esa preciosa isla y al hotel por habernos hecho pasar una semana de vacaciones fantástica. También tengo q decir q tuvimos dos pequeños problemas q nos los resolvieron enseguida
The cove next to the hotel, if you want to go to the beach you have to take the car, but you have very good beaches just a few minutes from the hotel.
La cala q hay gusto al lado del hotel, si quieres ir a la playa tienes que coger el coche, pero tienes playas muy buenas a pocos minutos del hotel

 8 Jose Maria Travelled with family August 2020 The facilities need some improvement inside the bedrooms, although they are spacious and cozy, the swimming pools and other facilities my daughter and I liked very much.
Las instalaciones deben hacerse alguna mejora dentro de habitaciones aunque son espaciosas y acogedoras, la parte de piscinas y demás instalaciones me gustaron mucho a mi hija y también a mi.
The bar part is the fast food quality and that the glasses are not glass but you go inside. And just like the bugs ???? black those ugly ones should be exterminated completely!
La parte de bar la calidad de comida rápida y que los vasos no son cristal sino vas dentro. E igual que los bichos ???? negros esos feos deberían de exterminarlos por completo!
