Excellent 8.3 Marta Travelled with couple February 2021 The room was amazing, super modern, the mattress and pillows were the best, you could sleep forever. The breakfast buffet was super complete and of very good quality. We loved this deal.

There was a problem with the agency that works with busco deal at the time of booking and payment of the same and it was quite violent to be an hour to let us in and another hour to let us out because the booking and the money did not appear anywhere. All this with people coming in and out of the hotel looking at us to see what we had messed up...I think the problem was solved but I have not received a call from the hotel to let me know or apologize...it really spoiled our stay.
Hubo un problema con la agencia que trabaja con busco chollo a la hora de realizar la reserva y el pago de la misma y fue bastante violento el estar una hora para que nos dejarán entrar y otra hora para que nos dejarán salir porque no aparecía la reserva ni el dinero por ninguna parte. Todo esto con la gente que entraba y salía del hotel mirándonos a ver qué habíamos liado...creo que el problema se solucionó pero no he recibido ni una llamada del hotel para comunicármelo o pedir disculpas...nos chafo bastante la estancia
