Lo mejor el trato del personal, muy atentos y serviciales!!

1. Cantidades de sargazo a nivel de no ver ni el agua. 2. La TV de la habitación no funcionaba, tres viajes a recepción, 8 llamadas y hemos estado sin TV hasta la salida del hotel. 3. El personal de limpieza se toma ciertas libertades, como coger perfumes, desodorantes y/o cualquier cosa que le apetezca llevarse. 4. Comida repetitiva, aburrida y poco apetecible. 5. Restaurantes a la carta, horas y horas de espera para dos platos.., 6. Protocolos de vestuario que no se aplican a todos los clientes, haciéndome ir a cambiar de camiseta por no llevar mangas, y al entrar al restaurante, decenas de señores con camisetas sin mangas. 7. Imposibilidad de tomar un coco por ser el último día de alojamiento y solo poder pagarlo cargándolo a la habitación, siendo las 10 de la mañana y hacíamos el check out a las 17:00… Y una lista interminable de mala praxis, el lugar funciona porque es república dominicana y la gente va por eso, pero no es profesional…
