Excellent 3 María May 2025 The worst part of this trip was the hotel. It's a four-star hotel, but it's not even two. The buffet dinners were terrible, with little variety and limited quantity, and the waiters were unhelpful. The room was cleaned every other day, and I think for a four-star hotel it should be daily. The hotel's facilities and exterior are very outdated.
Lo peor de este viaje ha sido el Hotel, es de 4 estrellas y no llega ni a dos. Las cenas buffet eran pésimas, poca variedad y poca cantidad y los camareros poco serviciales. La limpieza de la habitación era cada dos dias y creo que para ser de cuatro estrellas debería ser a diario. Las instalaciones y fachada del hotel están muy anticuadas.

Basic 5.7 José Antonio Travelled with family May 2025 As it was not high season we did not even get a buffet dinner to choose from, at least two first or two second courses. The food was of very low quality and poorly cooked.
Al no ser temporada alta no nos dieron cena buffet ni siquiera a elegir, al menos dos primeros o dos segundos. La comida de muy baja calidad y muy mal cocinada.
We will definitely not repeat in this hotel, the staff is very friendly, but the quality and price is terrible. For that money there are better things in this season, 4 star hotel as if it were one star. There are hostels that are much better than this hotel.
Sin duda no volveremos a repetir en este hotel, el personal muy amable, pero la calidad precio es pésima. Por ese dinero hay cosas mejores en esta temporada, hotel de 4 estrellas como si fuera de una. Hay hostales que están mucho mejor que este hotel.

The buffet, well the trays run out and are not replenished, there were days that there was hardly anything because they did not replenish. On the other hand the dinner is until 22.00 and at 21.40 and began to withdraw the food, is something I've never seen and it seems bad manners.

Very good 7.7 Jose Travelled with couple April 2025 Quiet location, close to the promenade next to the beach. Excellent staff, I would come back again.

The restaurant is very short for the category of the hotel and should be downgraded by one star, little variety and little quantity. Our room had no maid service one of the days we were staying (I guess it would be by some mistake), note that the toilet emitted a smell of plumbing during certain times of the day that I want to think occurred as the wind blew in the area, it was not pleasant.
La restauración se queda muy corta para la categoria del hotel deberian bajarle una estrella, poca variedad y poca cantidad. Nuestra habitacion no tuvo servicio de limpieza uno de los dias que estuvimos alojados, (supongo seria por algun error), reseseñar que el aseo emitia un olor a cañeria durante determinadas horas al dia que quiero pensar se producia segun soplaba el viento en la zona, no era agradeable.
