The schedules are aimed at foreigners, which I don’t mind if that’s their policy, but in the dining room 45 minutes before the end of service they started removing food from the counters and dishes were running out. The quality of the food was rather mediocre, with few good options. The kitchen staff who were clearing the food did so rudely. The pool is closed at 6 pm!!! The lifeguard sat on the roof under the bar in an armchair, not watching the pool at all, with his phone in his hand almost all the time, more concerned about his blonde hair than the safety and care of the pool. We even saw him eating plain rice straight from a pan while he was working. The entertainment was very weak for both children and adults. On Sundays they don’t clean your room because staff are resting instead of using shifts. The all-inclusive leaves much to be desired. The room air conditioning makes a constant noise in the bathroom that you can hear all day and is unbearable at night. The room smells of damp and is very old-fashioned. I would by no means consider this a 4-star hotel.

El socorrista sentado en el techo debajo del bar en un butacón, sin mirar a la piscina para nada con el móvil el la mano prácticamente todo el rato, más preocupado de su melena rubia que del cuidado y seguridad de la piscina Llegamos a verlo comiendo arroz blanco diractamente de un cazo mientras estaba trabajando. La animación muy muy flojita tanto para niños como para adultos. Los domingos no te hacen la habitación por descanso del personal en vez de hacer turnos. El todo incluido deja mucho que desear. El aire acondicionado de la habitación hace un ruido constante en el baño que se escucha todo el día y por la noche es insoportable. La habitación huele a humedad y están muy anticuadas. De ninguna manera lo considero un 4 estrellas.
