9.7 Ana Maria Travelled with couple October 2021 I liked everything a lot and the workers were very friendly.
Me ha gustado todo mucho y los trabajadores muy amables.
There was a day that while watching the show, they cut off at 10 pm, because a person from the hotel had complained about the noise. It seemed very strange to me that being the time it was, they cut off and left us all without music.
Hubo un día que estando viendo el espectáculo, cortaron a las 10 de la noche, porque una persona del hotel se había quejado del ruido. Me pareció muy raro que siendo la hora que era, cortaran y nos dejarán a todos sin música.

 10 Rocio September 2021 The facilities are very nice, the staff is very friendly, the evening entertainment was very good. The food was very varied and good. In the morning there was a troop of cleaners in the pool area because it had rained mud the night before and left it clean in a moment.
Las instalaciones son muy bonitas, el personal es muy amable, la animación nocturna estuvo muy bien. La comida era muy variada y buena. Por la mañana había una tropa de limpiadoras en la zona de la piscina pq había llovido barro la noche anterior y la dejaron limpia en un momento.
The dinner schedule was too tight for Spaniards.
El horario de cena era muy ajustado para los españoles.

 6.2 David Travelled with  friends September 2021 The treatment of the dining room and cleaning staff. They are friendly and hard-working people, the only salvageable thing about the establishment. Good food and humane treatment.
El trato del personal del comedor y de limpieza. Son gente amable y trabajadora, lo único salvable del establecimiento. Buena comida y trato humano.
Upon arrival they tried to sell us as a "gift courtesy of the hotel" a superior room for which we had actually paid, no gift at all. But the surprise comes when the room does not look anything like the photographs offered when hiring, being dwarf and divided into three rooms, and their "partial sea views" become null views to nowhere. When we protested they wanted to charge us 70€ extra per day just for asking for what we had contracted, which we refused because it was not worth it. And even less for the location of the hotel.... As for the room, the bidet and toilet leaked water all week and flooded the bathroom every day. And the wifi never worked. I don't recommend anyone to go to this place if they can avoid it.
Nada más llegar nos intentaron vender como un "regalo cortesía del hotel" una habitación superior por la que realmente habíamos pagado, de regalo nada. Pero la sorpresa viene cuando la habitación no se parece en nada a las de las fotografías ofertadas al contratar, siendo enana y dividida en tres estancias, y sus "vistas parciales al mar" se convierten en nulas vistas a ninguna parte. Al protestar quisieron cobrarnos 70€ extra al día solo por pedir lo que habíamos contratado, a lo cual nos negamos porque no merecía la pena. Y menos por la ubicación del hotel... En cuanto a la habitación, el bidé y el retrete perdieron agua toda la semana e inundaron el baño cada día. Y el wifi no funcionó nunca. No recomiendo a nadie acudir a este sitio si puede evitarlo.

I found the food to be of very poor quality, the rooms did not have enough accessories (clothes iron, toothbrush, comb...) and the cleanliness was quite poor compared to other hotels I have stayed in.

 10 Laura Travelled with couple August 2021 Hotel, room and other facilities very clean and cozy, both for couples and families. I would definitely choose it again! And about the staff, very attentive and friendly.
Hotel, habitación y demás instalaciones muy limpias y acogedoras, tanto para pasarlo en pareja como en familia. Volvería a escogerlo sin duda! Y sobre el personal, muy atento y amable.
There was a problem with the wifi in our room, it could not be solved.
