La tranquilidad, el personal
Hotel 4 stars that does not even reach 3, room and bedrooms of the old hotel, lack of reforms. Meals are NOT Buffet, menu style, lunch and dinner 4 first and 4 seconds to choose from, correct cuisine but little variety and nothing fancy, desserts nothing homemade. Breakfast coffee toast and little else.

Comidas que NO es Buffet, estilo menú, comida y cena 4 primeros y 4 segundos para elegir, cocina correcta pero poca variedad y nada de capricho, postres nada caseros. Cleanliness in the restaurant service is conspicuous by its absence, the first day we went to eat and 3 of 4 glasses were dirty, at dinner we had to ask for a change of glass twice, one of the spoons with food debris. The food was bland, overheated and of poor quality. The cook with a mask under his nose. The orders came out with the wrong garnishes, scarce staff causing arguments between them and overload, slowing down the service. Full capacity in the restaurant, taking into account that we are in times of COVID-19. We put a complaint form, and the management was not very interested in knowing anything, they asked the receptionist to apologize and little else. The conclusion is that I would not return to this hotel and would not recommend it.
Limpieza en el servicio del restaurante brilla por su ausencia, el primer día fuimos a comer y 3 de 4 copas estaban sucias, en la cena tuvimos que pedir cambio de copa hasta 2 veces, una de las cucharas con restos de comida. La comida sosa, recalentada y de poca calidad. El cocinero con la mascarilla debajo de la nariz. Las comandas salian con las guarniciones incorrectas, escaso personal provocando discusiones entre ellos y sobrecarga, enlenteciendo el servicio. Aforo al completo en el restaurante, teniendo en cuenta que estamos en tiempos de COVID-19. Pusimos una hoja de reclamaciones, y la dirección no tuvo mucho interés en saber nada, le pidieron a la recepcionista que se disculpara y poco más. La conclusión es que no volvería a este hotel y no lo recomendaría.

The cleanliness of the room was rather poor. The mattress and pillow were horrible. The mattress sagged. The bathroom was quite deteriorated and they had also put a shower tray with a bathtub curtain. We had to ask for a mop and scrub the bathroom every day as the water reached the door of the room every time we took a shower as part of the shower tray did not even have a curtain. But the worst was the food. One of the nights we even had to make a complaint along with other guests. You are served by the waiters themselves at the table but they can't keep up. Also the quality of the food left a lot to be desired. The worst buffet we have ever been to without a doubt. The hotel has too many stars.
La limpieza de la habitación era más bien escasa. El colchón y la almohada horribles. El colchón se hundía. El baño estaba bastante deteriorado y además habían puesto un plato de ducha con una cortina de bañera. Tuvimos que pedir una fregona y fregar cada día el baño ya que el agua llegaba a la puerta de la habitación cada vez que nos duchábamos ya que una parte del plato de ducha ni siquiera tenía cortina. Pero lo peor fue la comida. Una de las noches incluso tuvimos que poner una queja junto con más huéspedes. Te sirven los propios camareros en la mesa pero no dan abasto. Además la calidad de la comida dejaba mucho que desear. El peor buffet al que hemos ido sin duda. Le sobras estrellas al hotel.

 8.3 Joaquin August 2020 The hotel was next to the beach, the beds were super comfortable, the food was very good and the best thing was a waiter named Jose Manuel who was very nice and friendly, it's nice when you arrive at a hotel and you meet people like that.
El hotel estaba al lado de la playa, las camas eran súper cómodas, la comida buenísima y lo mejor un camarero llamado Jose Manuel que era muy agradable y simpático da gusto cuando llegas a un hotel y te encuentras con personas así
More staff is needed in the dining room. We waited 20 to 40 minutes for our meals, it was desperate at times. Begoña, a waitress, kept us waiting 50 minutes for breakfast one day. Apart from José Manuel and the cook who was very attentive, the dining room staff was very bad ???????????
Hace falta más personal en el comedor. Esperábamos para la comida de 20 a 40 minutos era desesperante algunas veces. Begoña una camarera nos tuvo un día esperando 50 minutos para el desayuno. Quitando a José Manuel y al cocinero que era súper atento el personal del comedor era malísimo ???????????

El personal era atento y la comida aceptable.
The room was dirty when we entered. The tv did not work, the wi fi was not working, the air conditioning did not cool and the worst thing was a permanent noise of a motor of the hotel itself.
Habitación sucia cuando entramos. La tv no funcionaba, la wi fi falseaba, el aire acondicionado no enfriaba y lo peor un ruido permanente de un motor del propio hotel.

 9.7 Francisco José Travelled with family August 2020 We loved our stay. Especially the treatment received by the kitchen staff. We would like to congratulate Cristobal, the chef, for his way of serving, for always making sure that everything is perfect and of course, for the deliciousness of everything he cooks. This man deserves a pay raise ???? The hotel, in general, is very clean and well kept. Respecting the covid-19 measures at all times.
Nos ha encantado la estancia. Sobretodo el trato recibido por el personal de cocina. Nos gustaría darle la enhorabuena a Cristobal, el chef, por su manera de atender, de estar siempre pendiente de que todo este perfecto y por supuesto, por lo rico que esta todo lo que cocina. Este hombre se merece un aumento de sueldo ???? El hotel, en general, muy limpio y cuidado. Respetando las medidas covid-19 en todo momento.

 4.2 P.p. Travelled with family August 2020 The proximity to the beach. The rooftop pool.
La cercanía a la playa. La piscina en la azotea.
Full board low quality food, well cooked but with shortages. Products were not available no ice cream all week, ham at breakfast one day "we ran out" constantly, frozen fish a crime in this part of Andalusia. We asked for a change of room, ours had no view and is the only worthwhile part of the hotel and we didn't get it. The maintenance was terrible, the soap dispenser was broken from the first day. The canapes of the mattresses with holes ..... It is not well kept and does not correspond to the range it has.
La pensión completa comida de baja calidad, bien cocinada pero con escasez. Los productos no estaban disponibles nada de helados en toda la semana, jamón en el desayuno un día "se nos ha terminado" constantemente, pescado congelado un delito en esta parte de Andalucía. Solicitamos cambio de habitación, las nuestras no tenían vistas y es lo único que merece la pena del hotel y no lo conseguimos. El mantnimiento terrible, el didpendador de jabón roto desde el primer día. Los canapes de los colchones con agujeros..... No está cuidado no se corresponde con la categoría que tiene.
