9.4 Ana Travelled with friends August 2024 Highly recommended. We were pleasantly surprised by the hotel as the facilities were very new or recently renovated and very well maintained. The rooms were very clean and had everything we needed (hairdryer, towels, fridge...).

6.1 MªAngeles Travelled with family July 2024 There was a mistake in the reservation: there was only one room booked instead of two, the option to access the room whenever we wanted was not available either, nor was the breakfast on the first day. The person we had the bad luck to meet when we arrived at the hotel, Mrs. Pilar, was not very helpful. She made us deal with the staff of Busca un Chullo directly, who partially solved the problem. Finally, we only had access to a room first thing in the morning, we arrived at the hotel at 8 am instead of 2 am and as compensation they paid us for breakfast that day. The bad time was not taken away from us and neither was the unfriendly treatment of this employee. We would like to congratulate and thank the rest of the hotel staff for their kindness and the contact person for looking for a bargain.

Hubo un error en la reserva: solo había una habitación reservada en vez de dos, la opción de acceso a la habitación cuando quisiéramos tampoco estaba disponible ni el desayuno del primer día. La persona con la que tuvimos la mala suerte de encontrarnos al llegar al hotel, Sra. Pilar, no nos ayudó demasiado. Nos hizo realizar las gestiones con el personal de Busca un Chullo directamente, que nos solucionó en parte el problema. Finalmente, solo tuvimos acceso a una habitación a primera hora, llegamos a las 8 de la mañana al hotel, en vez de las dos y como compensación nos abonaron el desayuno de ese día. El mal rato no nos lo quitó nadie y el trato tan poco empatico de dicha empleada tampoco. Felicitar y agradecer al resto de personal del hotel la amabilidad y a la persona de contacto de busca un chollo.
