El personal muy bien,las instalaciones tenian buena ubicación frente al mar y las piscinas también.

Era un hotel de thomas cook,llegamos el 24 hasta el 28 y el 28 cerraba el hotel,entonces estaban bastante despreocupados...en todo en general. Además todo esta enfocado a los guiris,no hay ni un espectáculo enfocado a todo el mundo, no solo a españoles o a extranjeros. La comida y la bebida de muy mala calidad y de hecho acabaron mezclando el zumo con agua...reciclaban comida...como era poco mala... encima la dejan para el dia siguiente.

Lo mejor el personal y la comida, las picinas super bien y mucha tranquilidad. Te atienden genial en todo momento. El buffet no es muy grande, pero es todo bastante variado y muy bueno!

Lo peor la limpieza en las habitaciones, podria ser mejor y el mobiliario es bastante antiguo. El agua de la ducha es salada, es lo peor de toda la estancia.

El trato de todo el personal del hotel. Desde recepción, camareros (mención especial a Antonio y Manuel el socorrista, un crack!) La ubicación es muy buena. Apartamentos muy cómodos y amplios. La comida para ser un 3 estrellas nos pareció muy correcta.

Los horarios de las cenas, el agua salada y la sensación de humedad del apartamento. El wifi no era el mejor del mundo pero es gratis. Nosotros con el plan que teníamos paramos poco por el recinto y nos ha sido todo de 10 pero si vas en plan familia es más delicado ya que hay mucho turismo inglés, a les 8 de la mañana ves todas las hamacas reservadas y la piscina relax hay más niños que en la grande.
