In the middle of nature and within walking distance of the ski slopes of Vallnord Pal-Arinsal, the Aparthotel Annapurna is the perfect choice for skiers looking for tranquility: imagine waking up in a valley in the middle of nature, on the banks of the North Valira River. Undoubtedly, an ideal place to relax while enjoying the Andorran mountains.

It is located 5km from La Massana and, therefore, from its cable car (which takes you to the Pal-Arinsal access) and 12km from the Arcalis ski area.

In winter it is perfect for skiing in the Vallnord resort. In summer, to enjoy a holiday to the countryside and practice sports such as hiking or simply spend a few days surrounded by greenery.

El alojamiento para 2 adultos y 2 niños (como éramos nosotros) estaba bien (para 4 adultos queda justo). El personal muy amable. Hay mucha tranquilidad y se descansa bien por la noche, las camas son cómodas.

A los apartamentos (al menos el nuestro) les hace falta alguna puesta a punto (pintar, tapar algún agujero, algun marco de la puerta...). La limpieza un poco regular, ya que, estuvimos 8 días y vinieron (y porque lo pedimos) a cambiar sabanas, toallas, poner nuevas bolsas de basura etc... Solo una vez.

Calidad precio estaría bien si fuesen mas claros con lo que ofrecen. Creo que es una buena opción si necesitas apartamentos para familias grandes o con mascotas, y vas a realizar actividades por la zona. El valle es cerrado y eso hace que el enclave sea bonito. Necesitas coche si o si, y tienen una pequeña zona de parking gratuito y garage de pago. El wifi va bien pero te piden que no lo uses más de 5min. El personal parecía bastante agradable.

Le sobra lo de hotel, es un bloque de apartamentos sin otros servicios. El area común/recreativa estaba cerrada, el bar y la recepción no cumplían los horarios indicados y apenas estaban abiertos. Cuando llegamos a las 14:45 la recepción estaba cerrada y nos dieron las llaves en el bar porque no iba a estar el recepcionista para poder hacer los check in, esto en principio no nos importó, pero al día siguiente nos vinieron a buscar a la habitación para que pagáramos las tasas ya, porque no podían esperar al check out al día siguiente. Sinceramente, no me parece serio ni educado. Por la mañana no está abierto el bar, a pesar de que pone que abre a las 7:00, y nos tuvimos que ir al de otro apartahotel. La habitación no se corresponde con las fotos que se mostraba en BuC, habia garabatos en las paredes y la zona de cocina presentaba desperfectos así como falta de menaje para cuatro ocupantes. Nos pusieron tres sábanas para armar dos camas, como la recepción estaba cerrada nos apañamos y pensé que cuando nos hicieran la habitación se darían cuenta. No nos hicieron la habitación. Cuando lo comunicamos, se excusaron con que tenian poca ocupación... Que ya nos la harian al día siguiente...El que nos íbamos... Por último, los cinco cubos de basura te los tienes que bajar tú al contenedor so pena de sancion de 30€, como en un apartamento de alquiler.
