The guys in the kitchen are 20 out of 10. My father is lactose intolerant and as soon as he entered, they came quickly to guide him on what he could eat. The restaurant is varied as I have already said, and some delicious things, bad luck having dinner the last day before the end of the season, you nailed the "Spanish gala" thing with a night of leftovers. I think there is nothing more Spanish than that. Víctor and the night guy at reception are really charming. Como compañera del gremio y parte de la industria, no he podido acertar más con seleccionar el hotel. A pesar de necesitar sus reformas, en breves (si no me equivoco, hoy) se va a empezar una reforma y renovación de las habitaciones. El personal es increíble, ya quisieran muchos hoteles de 4 estrellas ser tan cercanos y atentos como lo son. Isaac el maitre es completamente atento y simpático. Maike el chico que te sirve las copas es un encanto, su frase: “esto es mallorquin, a mi me gusta más que el de marca”. Ole, ole y ole, fomentando las maravillas locales como el licor de hierbas. Los chicos de cocina son un 20 sobre 10. Mi padre es intolerante a la lactosa y nada más entrar, se acercaban rápidos para orientarle de lo que si podía comer. Creo que nunca he visto a mi padre tan contento en un buffet tan variado. Los camareros, la chica rubia, encantadora y el chico jovencito igual. Personal de 100. El restaurante es variado como ya he dicho, y algunas cosas riquísimas, mala suerte lo de cenar el último día antes del cierre de la temporada, clavasteis lo de “gala española” con noche de sobras. Creo que más español que eso no hay ná. Víctor y el chico de noche en recepción son realmente encantadores. Aparte de trabajar como grandes profesionales con los que comparto profesión, no dudamos en chismorrear de la vida. ¡Seguid así por favor! La limpieza está bien, un tanto extraño lo de montar dos camas individuales como “matrimonio” con las sábanas en horizontal. El todo incluido fue un poco fraude porque tenías que pagar un euro para la cerveza sin alcohol y bastante pobre porque entre horas te daban algunas pastas o bollos pero escasos y contados .
