About the accommodation

The Terrases del Tarter Apartments offer accommodation with heating and free wifi.

These apartments have several buildings scattered around the Tarter area, but don't worry! Upon arrival at the accommodation, they will confirm which building is assigned to you.

The bright apartments at Les Terrasses del Tarter feature functional décor with wooden floors. They also have a seating area with TV and a kitchen or kitchenette equipped with oven, hob, microwave and washing machine. The private bathroom includes a hairdryer and bathtub or shower. Towels and bed linen are provided.

Deposit 150€: to cover the possible costs of damages caused by any guest of the booking or possible fines for non-compliance with the rules of the accommodation. A pre-authorization of the amount on the card is made on the day of arrival. The deposit can only be paid by credit card. Accepted cards: Vis, MC, Master. Reimbursement: Reimbursement within 10 days after the check out date.

Indoor car park: free in the apartments (subject to availability). Important: the studios do not have car park.

5.4 Carmen Travelled with family July 2024 The apartment itself was fine, although for 2 adults and 2 older children, we would have liked two rooms with two beds. In principle the apartment is acceptable for the price it cost us. Although if you plan to go to Naturland or Andorra it is a bit far from the tourist area.
El apartamento en sí estava bien, aunque para 2 adultos y 2 niños mayorcitos, nos hubiera gustado dos habitaciones con dos camas. En un principio el apartamento esta aceptable para el precio que nos costó. Aunque si tenéis plan de ir a Naturland o Andorra está un poco alejado de la zona turística.
The kitchenware was dirty, we had to clean it, in general the cleanliness is conspicuous by its absence. It is quite inexpensive but for that reason it does not have to be so dirty. In July it was very hot at night inside the apartment and there was no air conditioning.
El menaje de la cocina estava sucio, lo tuvimos que limpiar, en general la limpieza brilla por su ausencia. Es bastante económico pero por ese motivo no tiene que estar tan sucio. En el mes de julio hacia mucha calor por la noche dentro del apartamento y no habia aire acondicionado.

El sitio es precioso
For starters, it is not well signposted where to pick up the keys, counting that there is no data to look at the gps it took more than an hour to find the place. I had to wait almost another hour and a half with my two small children in the car until they gave me the keys to the apartment which to top it off is not the one I had requested. Once I go to the apartment the first second of building I and upload all the suitcases, bags ... I find that the key does not work and I can not open the door so I leave my two children in the courtyard with my wife super tired and cold to go back down to see what happens, after arriving to wait again almost 30 minutes gives me a copy that does open me. I paid for two nights and three days of which one I could barely enjoy it. It is a wonderful place but the service is awful. I have traveled a lot with buscounchollo.com but I am rethinking to return to travel with you as I have been very disappointed this last holiday. Best regards
Para empezar, no está bien señalizado donde se recogen las llaves, contando que no ahí datos para poder mirar el gps tarde más de una hora en encontrar el sitio. Tuve que esperar casi otra hora y media con mis dos hijos pequeños en el coche hasta que me dieron las llaves del apartamento que para colmo no es el que tenia solicitado. Una vez voy a dicho apartamento el primero segunda del edifico I y de subir todas la maletas, bolsas... me encuentro que la llave no funciona y no puedo abrí la puerta con lo que dejo en el patio a mis dos hijos con mi mujer súper cansados y con frío para volver a bajar a ver qué sucede, después de llegar esperar otra vez casi 30 minutos me da una copia que sí que me abre. Yo pague dos noches y tres días de los cuales uno apenas pude disfrutar de el. Es un sitio maravilloso pero el servicio es horroroso. He viajado bastante con buscaunchollo.com pero me estoy replanteando volver a viajar con ustedes ya que me ha defraudado bastante este último viaje. Un saludo
