Apartments Varios 3000, in Pas de la Casa!
 
This accommodation is a special offer of Apartments 3000: it includes all the apartment complexes located in the village of Pas de la Casa.
 
All of them have very similar characteristics and style. You will know the exact location of your apartment when you receive the keys, once at your destination: it is 100% sure that you will be staying in the village of Pas de la Casa, and the whole village is directly on the slopes!
 
The distribution of the apartments varies depending on the assigned floor, but remember:
The studios do not have rooms, all the rooms are in the same open space (except the bathroom).
The apartments have rooms separated from the living room and kitchen. The number of rooms depends on the apartment you book.

Reception: From 17:00h to 20:00h.

If you are going to arrive after 20:00h you must call the reception of the accommodation to communicate your arrival time. The telephone number will be provided to you through your travel voucher.

The delivery of keys from 20:01h to 00:00h entails a surcharge of 20€ to be pay at reception.

The deliveryof keys after 00:01h entails a surcharge of 35€ to be pay at reception.
The deliveryof keys after 02:01h entails a surcharge of one full day of direct payment at the accommodation.
 
Deposit deposit of 150€ per apartment or studio, by credit card, which will authorize in writing the charge of any damage that is detected.
 

On the last day of your holiday, when you leave the apartments you must leave the kitchen and kitchenware clean and tidy, as well as deposit the waste in the relevant containers. In the case of non-compliance with these requirements the accommodation may retain part of the deposit as a penalty.

Hemos estado dos dias sin agua caliente y hemos avisado al personal y no han hecho nada. Las mantas raidas y sucias. No hay papel higienico a penas. La bañera muy sucia. No devuelven fianza.

El apartamento está sucio y con un mal olor que no había manera de quitarlo. La cisterna del lavabo estaba suelta y la tuvimos que arreglar. La ducha perdía agua, hemos pasado 7 días con un hilo musical bastante desagradable a causa de esta pérdida de agua. Los colchones y almohadas eran de lo peor que te puedas imaginar, viejos y sucios. El apartamento no tenía ni cortinas así que intimidad ninguna. La recogida y entrega de llaves no es en los mismos apartamentos, es más fácil encontrar a Puigdemon en Barcelona que la recepción de apartamentos 3000 en Pas de la Casa. En más de una ocasión ayudamos a gente en la calle a buscar el lugar de recogida de llaves porque no es fácil encontrarla. El servicio de recepción era de horas limitadas pero ni yendo a las horas encontrabas a alguien. La ubicación de Pas de la Casa es maravillosa pero el alojamiento ha sido horrible. Aaahhhh....72 horas después de dejar la llave no nos han devuelto la fianza, ya la hemos reclamado 2 veces y nada de nada. Si alguien lee esto, no vayáis

Los apartamentos Cims 3000, para la oferta que conseguimos, buena relación calidad/precio. Algún colchón que deberían cambiar, y mejorar la limpieza de la bañera. En temporada alta de ski, y con precios más altos, pueden dar otra impresión. Un gran destino para disfrutar de los paisajes andorranos. A pesar que Pas de la Casa es el pueblo más alejado, las distancias son cortas, y como hay taaanto que ver vayas por donde vayas, los desplazamientos, merecen la pena. Chocan los horarios con los españoles, tiendas cerradas entre las 19 y las 20h y la hostelería entre las 21 y las 22h
En Pas de la Casa, el comercio está destinado casi exclusivamente a los franceses que suben por gasolina, tabaco, alcohol o perfumería. Solo encontramos un supermercado con productos frescos y formatos normales, para poder comer durante una semana en el apartamento. El precio del parking, en el apartamento, igual o más caro que los parquímetros (todo Andorra es zona azul). En Cims 3000 el ascensor no llega a la planta baja, empieza en la 1ª planta, algo que deberían avisar por si alguno de los viajeros tiene algún problema de movilidad

El estudio era verdaderamente horrible, sucio,con olores a cañería, los muebles viejos, deteriorados y los electrodomésticos en mal estado , los enchufes no funcionaban, las bombillas rotas. He realizado reservas con verdadero chollo y han sido sitios preciosos y limpios. Estos apartamentos se verdad que no los recomiendo para nada. No volveré a reservar SEGURO ! Las fotos no se corresponden con lo que te encuentras. Además te hacen dejar una fianza de 150 euros. Siempre reservo salidas en buscounchollo pero en este sitio de seguro no volverá a ser.
