About the accommodation

3000 Pyrenees Tarter Apartments are about 800 metres from the ski lifts in El Tarter, one of the main accesses to the Grandvalira ski resort. It offers bright, modern apartments.

In summer, they are perfect for enjoying nature and fresh air.

It offers heated apartments with a lounge area with a sofa bed and a TV. The kitchen is equipped with a microwave, a fridge, a stove and cooking utensils.

Next to the apartments there are some shops and opposite a supermarket that sells typical products of Andorra.

Andorra La Vella (the capital) is about 20 minutes by car.

 
Distribution of the apartments:
Apartment for 2 to 4 people: 1 bedroom with 2 beds and double sofa-bed.
Apartment for 4 to 6 people: 2 bedrooms with 2 beds each and double sofa bed.
 
 
To consider!
 

Reception: From 5 pm to 8 pm.

 

If you arrive after 8pm, you will have to call the accommodation in advance to inform them of your estimated arrival time. You will find the contact details on your confirmation voucher. 

 

• If you collect the keys before 11 pm, there's no extra charge.

• If you collect the keys between 11.01 pm and 1 am, there's a surcharge of 20€ to be paid upon arrival. 

• If you collect the keys from 1 am, there's a surcharge of 35€ to be paid upon arrival. 

There's a deposit of 150€ per apartment/studio to be paid in cash and the customer must sign a document to authorise that in case of damages, the cost will be deducted from the deposit.

Han sido unas vacaciones en familia, con un adulto y tres niños.El apartamento estaba limpio y era cómodo (no era grande, pero esta bien distribuido). Fácil de llegar, aunque ruidoso por el día (al lado de la carretera). La cocina esta bien equipada y el baño también(dispone de tendedor de ropa) Hay un supermercado enfrente y un restaurante, pero si quieres ir a dar una vuelta y/o a tomar algo, tienes que coger el coche (Canillo esta a cinco minutos en coche).
El sofa-cama del salón era muy incomodo. El menaje de cocina un poco justo para cuatro personas.

Para ser un apartamento tan correcto. El colchón del sofá-cama era insufrible. Pasarte una semana durmiendo en un escuálido colchón es un poco doloroso. También tuvimos problemas con el menaje. No había cafetera. No nos dieron otra y nos tuvimos que apañar con unos amigos que estaban en otro apartamento.

La cercanía con la capital y el entorno.
No tiene wifi. Al llegar eran las 17.00 y la habitación no estaba limpia. En recepción tienen un horario pero casi nunca están. El día del check out estuvimos 40 minutos esperando y no apareció nadie, nos tocó dejar la llave por debajo de la puerta. Relación calidad/precio muy buena pero no repetiría.

La tranquilidad de la zona
El apartamento para 6 era de dos habitaciones con un sofá cama y un sólo baño. El sofá estaba roto por todos lados, el colchoncillo de muelles dejaba mucho que desear. Al reclamar y pedir alguna solución, nadie se puso en contacto con nosotros. Se solucionó con una cama plegable vieja y poniendo el colchón en el suelo. Hasta ahora, ya de vuelta, seguimos sin una llamada para solucionarlo. Las mantas y colchas están bastante sucias. Debajo de las camas y detrás del sofá no habían pasado la escoba en meses. Al marcharnos, la atención bastante pésima ya que no había nadie en recepción y tampoco se le localizaba. A la entrada de los apartamentos se encuentra un cuarto donde están los contenedores de basura y todo el día están oliendo mal y sucio.

La equipacion no nos ha gustado .faltaban vasos platos etc. El apartamento sucio una pastilla debajo de la cama ,pelusas, manchas de comida en la puerta etc .Nos cortaron el agua durante un dia no tubimos agua caliente.El horario de las recepcionista del hotel no lo cumplian .no estaban y tenias que llamar a un numero de telefono .Teniendo que gastar dinero en llamadas .Mal funcionamiento de los ascensores.
