The apartment complex is located in an area of 20,000 m² and consists of 12 apartments located on the ground floor.

The different apartments have been built in an architectural style typical of Gallura houses, with the use of granite and firewood. At the rear of the apartments there is a dense grove with the typical essence of Sardinia that, together with the sea breeze, will refresh the pleasant atmosphere.

The accommodation also has an outdoor car park area. In addition, you can also use the outdoor pool at the La Pietraia complex (about 200 meters from your accommodation).

The apartments with capacity for up to 4 people have a living-dining area with a double sofa bed and an equipped kitchen area. It also has a bedroom with a double bed and a fully equipped bathroom with a shower.

Me ha encantado Cerdeña , me he enamorado de sus playas. El alojamiento es genial si vas con la idea de desconectar de la ciudad y la tecnología, pero si no tienes esa idea cuesta un poco al principio pero puedes entretenerte con ub buen libro o pasando la mayor parte del tiempo fuera del alojamiento ya que tienes muchos lugares por conocer.

La verdad que de los apartamentos poco como ya he dicho me parecían que estaban por terminar y la limpieza ha sido muy mala

Los apartamentos eran de muy baja calidad, con escasos recursos, el baño tenía los enchufes desarmados además de cables colgando por detrás del espejo. La Luz en la vivienda era muy escasa de noche a penas se veía en el cuarto de baño, la mampara de la ducha estaba desencajada, la limpieza en el apartamento en general era muy escasa, la habitación tenía telas de araña en todas las esquinas, te exigían dejar el apartamento limpio sin proporcionarte nada para ello. Cobran 50 euros según entras al apartamento por una limpieza que no proporcionan.
