About the accommodation

The Las Palmeras 3000 Apartments are located in the urban center of Peñíscola, on Antonio Pascual Street, a 15-minute walk from Peñíscola Castle.

Because of its location it is perfect to enjoy both the north beach and the south beach of Peñíscola since it is only 5 minutes walk from both beaches.

The apartments were renovated in 2017. The beds you will find in the apartments can be both double and single beds, depending on the assigned apartment. In all of them you will find a lounge with a double sofa bed.

These apartments provide sheets for all guests but no dishcloths or linens are provided.

El apartamento es amplio y estaba bien ubicado.
- Horno no disponía de bandeja (de ninguna bandeja ni rejilla), o sea que no se pudo utilizar. - la puerta de entrada al edificio daba mucho golpe y las zonas comunes con 1 pintada obscena (iba con niños pequeños) - ascensor no funcionaba (creo que estaba inhabilitado - Nos dieron entradas al castillo, fuimos y nos las rechazaron (eran fotocopias), volví a la oficina, me dieron otras, fuimos al día siguiente al castillo y de nuevo eran entradas fotocopiadas ya gastadas. Total que tuve que pagar 14 euros para entrar al castillo, a pesar de que en la oferta ponía que estaba incluido.

Del apartamento que está poco surtido. Falta en la cocina un tostador, exprimidor, algún otro utensilios. Plancha. Y en los dormitorios faltan lámparas de Mesilla, más luz eléctrica, y toalleros en el baño.

La ubicación era muy buena y el apartamento en sí estaba bastante bien, la comunicación y facilidades a la hora de entrar fueron muy buenas.
El apartamento está ubicado en un piso vecinal muy dejado, olía muy mal, las zonas comunes, tenían basura por los alrededores, y en los patios interiores... Aunque el apartamento en su interior estaba bastante bien las zonas comunes no, jamás he visto un piso tan dejado.. es una pena un piso así de nuevo y estando tan bien su interior. El descanso fue difícil porque los dos días que hemos estado los vecinos a las 7 d la mañana han liado un espectáculo importante, con gritos, portazos, ruidos de correr... No son horas para molestar a los vecinos y menos un sábado y un domingo.
