The rooms, comfortable beds and good air conditioning ... the facilities, the complex and the environment is very nice and gives peace and tranquility. They change towel and sheets every 3 days. Very good service in that sense. Very friendly at the reception, attentive to everything.
Las Habitaciones, camas cómodas y buen aire acondicionado… las instalaciones, el complejo y el entorno es muy bonito y da paz y tranquilidad. Cambian toalla y sábanas cada 3 días . Muy buen servicio en ese sentido. Muy simpáticos en recepción, atentos a todo.
The bathtub was terrible, it has a material that slips a lot to the point of being dangerous. We were given only one key and we are 3 people to enter the facilities ... the worst was the animation and the beach bar: it is sold as an animation with a very fun schedule and the girl in 9 days only did 2 bingos and was dedicated to put inappropriate music. The guy at the beach bar is a swindler: he charged each person a different price and changed the prices per day. On the menu he put one price and charged another. Food was scarce and of poor quality. Deceptive advertising. Bad quality-price: very expensive for what it offers. The mojitos were delicious and cheap, the only thing I would highlight from there.
La bañera fatal , tiene un material que resbala mucho hasta el punto de ser peligrosa. Nos dieron una sola llave y somos 3 personas para entrar a las instalaciones… lo peor fue la animación y el chiringuito: se vende como una animación con un horario muy divertido y la chica en 9 días solo hizo 2 bingos y se dedicó a poner música no adecuada. El del chiringuito es un estafador: cobraba a cada persona un precio distinto y cambiaba los precios por días. En la carta ponía un precio y cobraba otro . Comida escasa y de mala calidad. Publicidad engañosa. Mala calidad- precio : muy cara para lo que ofrece. Ricos los mojitos y económicos , lo único que destacaría de ahí.

The location, close to the beach. The swimming pools, the interior gardens. Everything very clean and the staff very friendly.
El sitio hubicado, cerca de la playa. Las piscinas, los jardines interiores. Todo muy limpio y el personal de reseccion muy amable.
On the downside, the kitchen would need an oven.
Por poner alguna pega, le haria falta en la cocina un horno.

Ideal destination to unwind, very close to the beach and the town of Garrucha (20 minutes walk along a promenade with restaurants), the beach very wide, long and fine sand, ideal for walks. I will come back for sure.
Destino ideal para desconectar, muy cerca de la playa y del pueblo de Garrucha (20 minutos paseando por un paseo marítimo con restaurantes), la playa muy ancha, larga y de arena fina, ideal para dar paseos. Volveré seguro.
The unwindion is literal, there is no cell phone or data coverage, I had to leave the apartment.
Lo de desconectar es literal, no hay cobertura ni de móvil ni de datos, tenía que salir del apartamento.

We were treated phenomenally. In the pool bar a great deal, Manu and the cook treated us very well, they gave us good tapas with each consumption and we ate portions a couple of times and the price was very good. We would repeat my wife, the 3 year old and me. A 5 min from the beach and very spacious. You can walk to Garrucha where there are plenty of places to eat or dine.
Nos trataron fenomenal. En el bar de la piscina un trato genial, Manu y el cocinero nos trataron muy bien, nos daban buenas tapas con cada consumicion y comimos de raciones un par de veces y el precio muy bien. Repetiriamos mi mujer, el niño de 3 años y yo. A 5 min de la playa y muy amplia. A Garrucha se puede ir andando donde hay bastantes sitios para comer o cenar.

We arrived and as usual it was hot as it is Almeria, but it turns out that two airs that had the apartment did not work none, the pool was closed because not habré until later, cleaning was conspicuous by its absence, so much so that when I went to open my bed after a tiring day with the holiday, I found a cockroach that was running between my sheets, we had to open the windows without mosquito nets to not afixiarnos heat and of course we ate mosquitoes .... I will not go back to that place, they did not change the shower towels or sheets in a week.
Llegamos y como es normal hacia calor ya que es Almeria , pero resulta que de dos aires que tenía el apartamento no funcionaba ninguno , la piscina estaba cerrada por que no habré hasta más tarde , la limpieza brillaba por su ausencia , tanto que cuando fui a abrir mi cama después de un día agotador con el viaje , me encontré con una cucaracha que iba corriendo entre mis sábanas , tuvimos que abrir las ventanas sin mosquiteras para no afixiarnos de calor y claro nos comieron los mosquitos… fatal no vuelvo a ese sitio , no nos cambiaron las toallas de la ducha ni las sábanas en una semana .

The residential complex has gardens very well maintained by gardeners. It is a very pleasant environment. They also allow dogs and it is an ideal place to walk with them. I recommend it.
El conjunto Residencial tiene unos jardines muy bien cuidados por jardineros. Es un entorno muy agradable. Ademas admiten perros y es lugar ideal psra pasear con ellos. Lo recomiendo .
The only thing is that the wifi does not reach, at least in the area of the urbanization where I was staying. And phone calls had to be made outside, in the garden areas, because there was no coverage inside the bedrooms.
Lo único es que el wifi no llega, por lo menos en la zona de la urbanización en la que estaba alojada. Y las llamadas de teléfono tenía que hacerlas en el exterior, en la zonas de jardines, porque no habia cobertura dentro de las habitaciones.

the pool was closed and you don't know when they change the towels apart from the check in time, 16 hours, you arrive and leave all your belongings in the car with fear that they will open it, at least a locker to leave your things while you go to the beach and eat.
la piscina estaba cerrada y no se sabe cuando cambian las toallas aparte del horario de entrada, 16 horas, llegas y dejas todos tus enseres en el coche con miedo a que te lo abran, como mínimo una consigna para dejar tus cosas mientras te vas a la playa y comes.
