About the accommodation
The Colells Apartments, have a great location to enjoy all the possibilities offered by the country of the Pyrenees.
They are only 2km from the village of Soldeu and its access to the slopes (Grandvalira ski resort). And less than 20km from the capital, Andorra la Vella, a perfect place for leisure, relaxation and shopping.
In summer they are perfect to enjoy nature, and its location will allow you to be close to activity centers and hiking trails.
The Colells Apartments have a private indoor car park (direct payment, it is not possible to book in advance) and some outdoor car park spaces. You know what? This accommodation allows pets up to 25kg on request, so it is perfect to take your furry companion on a holiday.
In addition, all apartments have a kitchen equipped with refrigerator, coffee maker, microwave and kitchenware necessary for all guests. They also have Smart TV, sheets, towels, welcome cleaning kit and fully-equipped bathroom. The apartments also have the detail of giving you a welcome kit containing a 1.5l bottle of water, coffee, 1l of milk, relaxing infusion and fruit.
IMPORTANT: Please note that before arriving at the accommodation you must contact the accommodation (info in your confirmation voucher) and they will send you via e-mail how to access the apartment and check-in.
Deposit: At your arrival you must pay 200€ (by credit card or cash) to cover possible damages that may occur. This deposit will be fully refunded at check-out and is subject to an inspection by the accommodation to assess if there has been any damage.
Final cleaning is NOT included in the price of the booking. On the last day of your holiday, when you leave the apartments you must leave the kitchen and kitchenware clean and tidy, as well as deposit the waste in the relevant containers. In the case of non-compliance with these requirements, the accommodation may retain part of the deposit as a penalty.
