About the accommodation

Why are not photos shown inside the apartments?

  • Costa Paradiso is an urbanization with more than 4000 apartments spread across the mountain. These belong to different owners: this means that no two apartments are the same in terms of distribution and / or decoration.
  • For this reason we do not show photos of its interior: as they are all different and there is so much variety, it would be very difficult for your accommodation to match that of the photo.
  • Yes we can tell you (after BuscoUnChollo has been there in person), which are simple accommodations, but perfect for a holiday in Sardinia.

 

What are the apartments like?

  • These are small complexes of up to 15 apartments, distributed throughout the hill.
  • Distribution : all apartments have a living room with kitchenette and single or double sofa bed, 1 bedroom for 2 people and patio. We also have 2 bedroom apartments.
  • Distances : the apartments are about 15 km away. from Trinitá d'Agultu , and about 35 km from Castelsardo .
  • In addition, around the apartments you have not guarded parking, shopping malls supermarket, pharmacy and doctor on call.

  • The apartments are located in the Costa Paradiso urbanization, which is located on the northwest coast of the island, surrounded by a large natural park that approaches the sea. As we have told you before, it is made up of apartments, all different from each other and individually decorated.

 

We recommend that when you disembark, you go to the apartments from 5:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. and check in. The check out must be done before 10:00 a.m.

IMPORTANT: For arrivals after 19:00 h without prior notice , there will be a mandatory direct payment supplement in the accommodation and it is mandatory to notify in advance, since if not, the reception is not guaranteed.

El viaje a estado fenomenal incluso antes de empezar, que desde Buscounchollo nos apoyaron en solucionar algún problemilla que tuvimos con el coche. El viaje en barco estuvo muy bien y el alojamiento, espectacular ,en un entorno natural precioso (Costa Paraíso) dónde nos atendieron fenomenal. Y Cerdeña, impresionante, como es una isla grande, en siete días solo nos dio tiene a recorrer el norte. Tiene unas playas, calas y acantilados impresionantes, a cual más bonita. Han sido unas vacaciones de 10
Por desgracia, a la vuelta, cuando llevábamos 2 horas de viaje, a un pasajero le dio un infarto y el barco tuvo que dar la vuelta para llevarlo a Cerdeña. Nos dijeron que venía un helicóptero a buscarlo, pero al final se lo llevó una lancha que vino a nuestro encuentro. Esto provoco un retraso de 4 horas en la llegada a Barcelona, por lo que perdimos el autobús que teníamos para volver a Madrid.. En el trayecto hasta Barcelona hablamos con Buscounchollo y nos indicaron que contactáramos con Grimaldi Lines para hacer las reclamaciones que considerasemos oportunas.. Les mandamos un mail contándoles la situación y pidiéndoles que se hicieran cargo de los gastos extras que nos iban a suponer este retraso. Y nos contestaron que sintiendolo mucho, al ser un caso de urgencia médica, legalmente no tenían que hacese cargo de ninguna indemnización y que en todo caso, hiciésemos una reclamación por escrito al llegar a Barcelona. Por supuesto que la hicimos y esperamos que desde Buscounchollo nos apoyen y ayuden en este tema tan diligentemente como lo han hecho desde que empezamos el viaje con ellos

Las vistas.
La limpieza del piso era pesima (te cobran entre pitos y flautas 200 euros en concepto de limpieza y gastos, como si fueras a gastar todo eso y como si limpiaran). Costa paradiso esta alejado de todo lo que importa ver de la isla, asi que tendras que ir en coche y pegarte horas y horas en carreteras malisimas (que es lo que tiene la isla).

La zona es muy bonita y tranquila, la comida de la zona bien.
Desde el primer die que llegamos en recepción había un cliente quejándose por problemas en su apartamento, al llegar al nuestro vi que no era algo solo en la habitación de esa persona, el colchón donde dormíamos era incómodo y se incavan los muelles, el calentador perdía agua y estaba la puerta del baño con humedades, la mampara de la ducha estaba descolgada, por su puesto a todo le hicimos fotos ya que te solicitan una fianza y que no pudieran decir que es nuestro, esas fotos las enviamos al correo que nos dieron en recepción, nos cambiaron de apartamento y el apartamento estaba algo mejor pero el colchón más de los mismo... como experiencia aconsejaría ir a Cerdeña pero en ningún caso a Costa paradise

Castelsarro un pueblo precioso.
Sobre todo el alojamiento, muy alejado de todo y viejosimo y estropeado, , solo decir que cuando lleguemos había hormigas por todos lados sobre todo en una cama, nos quejemos y lo único que hicieron es darnos un insecticida no nos cambiaron ni las sábanas y eso que digo que estaba toda la cama llena , otra cosa que no me gustó es que las carreteras están fatal.
