Tiene una buena relaccion calidad precio, los apartamentos son amplios y estan muy bien equipados, tiene una buena ubicación y buenas vistas.

En el chollo nos ponía que disponiamos de aparcamiento gratuito y allí nos dijeron que eran 15 euros la noche. Tambien muy molestos los ruidos, sobre todo de noche los guiris tiran hasta basura por los balcones, es una vergüenza.

El apartamento en sí estaba bien, pero carecía de algunas cosas, fundamentalmente el cepillo para poder barrer, no había. La verdad tenía de todo para lo pequeño que era en sí, ya que disponía de lavavajillas, horno ,microondas, y todos los artículos de cocina necesarios.

Que no tenga a nadie en recepción del apartamento, ni conserjes al que puedas consultar algo urgente, hay que ir siempre ,hasta a por toallas al hotel, porque nadie viene a traer nada ,tienen los apartamento como fuente de ingresos pero al final el huésped debe andar detrás de todo para poder andar cómodo. Otro problema la carencia de plaza de garajes ,ya que is imposible aparcar en toda la zona, y ya saben, Benidorm es todo zona azul y amarillo, apenas hay donde aparcar y esto me costó que una multa y retirada de grúa con una cifra de 160 eu por no disponer de plazas de garaje para todos los huéspedes. Casos como El mío a miles día a día, en el que los afectados somos siempre los mismos, los que pagamos para ir de vacaciones y tengamos que contar con gastos imprevistos de sanciones como esta por no estar preparados. Lo que no entiendo es como el hotel no mantienen una conversación con el ayuntamiento para solucionar este gran problema que tienen los huéspedes que nos alojamos en este caso aqui

La tranquilidad del viaje además que estábamos muy independientes a las personas de recepción solo los vimos al llegar y al salir nos sentimos como en casa además hay un autobús que te baja y te sube cerca de la playa así no mueves tu coche ya que es difícil de conseguir parking en ambos lugares

No me a gustado una de las chicas de recepción muy déspota no nos explico nada de las instalaciones y que podíamos disfrutar del lugar todo lo vimos por internet a que teníamos acceso, también la parte de que hay que dejar 200 euros no nos cuadró aunque siempre entregamos todo en orden te hacen firmar un contrato que hasta por hacer el mínimo ruido te descuentan 50 euros si dejas la llave adentro también 50 cosa que en un viaje con peques te podría pasar no lo vimos bien aunque nada de eso nos ocurrió lo resalto porque puede pasarle a cualquiera además que debes dejar tal cual consigues o te descuentan Dinero ..que no fue problemas para nosotros pero puedo ponerme en los zapatos de las personas que van con gran número de niños no está bien porque uno va a desconectar y descansar no a estar pendiente si dejaste algún sucio en el piso porque te descuenta. Lo demás todo bien
