The complex of Castelsardo and Lu Bagnu Apartments is a group of apartments spread across the villages of Castelsardo and Lu Bagnu (about 3.5 km from Castelsardo).

Each apartment can be different, but all of them have TV and are distributed as follows:

Apartamento aceptable, mal situado pero buena relación calidad precio. No cobraron fianza.
El ferry podría mejorar la información para encontrar mejor los departamentos, mejorar el confort de las butacas y sobre todo prohibir que los pasajeros se descalcen y tumben por el suelo... Si hubiésemos viajado los cuatro adultos previstos, apartamento inadecuado puesto que hay que pasar por la habitación principal para ir a la otra y al baño.

El alojamiento nos fue asignado a la llegada. Nos preguntaron la zona donde queríamos estar y pudimos quedarnos a pocos metros de jna playa maravillosa. El apartamento era grande, sencillo, muy limpio, tranquilo, parking en la misma puerta. No nos cogieron los 150 eur de fianza que llevábamos preparada en efectivo. Un supermercado a 100 mts económico. Playa de La Ciacca. El barco muy bien en general. En el viaje de ida camarote es necesario en el de vuelta lo podíamos obviar si el ferry no va muy lleno.
La entrega de llaves fue "diferente" lloviznaba. Todos los españoles que llegamos en el barco nos encontramos en una zona del pueblo de Castelsardo. Una señora muy amable y dispuesta, nos esperaba dentro de un coche y por orden de fila iba adjudicando los aptos. Echamos de menos una oficina.

Pasar unos días en esta isla es un regalo para todos los sentidos, totalmente recomendable no solo por sus playas, si no que también por sus paisajes de interior y su gastronomía, unas vacaciones aquí yo la recomiendo.
El alojamiento en sí está correcto, falla en la pulcritud de la limpieza y sobre todo las puertas de cristal de la entrada que estaban excesivamente sucios. El trato de acogida fue nefasto, falta de tacto, de ganas de informar mas allá de lo justo, solo que si dejáis la cocina sucia pagareis 30€ mas. La televisión no se veía ningún canal se lo dije y cuando dejamos el apartamento seguía sin funcionar, nadie se había preocupado.

When the hotel told me my booking had been cancelled, you were so helpful and did everything you could to reassure me and worked with the hotel to straighten out the issue. I was really impressed and greatful and despite me not getting a room close by, it want your error and I know you tried your best. I would definitely book with you again
