La ubicación

First of all, they changed our apartment. It was not the apartment shown in the pictures nor was it the same location. The owner's treatment was dreadful, she didn't make any effort to help us understand the language or how things worked in the house (for example, the recycling system). They charged us 25€ per person for household supplies, the lights didn't work, there was no hot water, no microwave, and no WiFi (even though it was included in the offer). Additionally, they charge you 50€ for cleaning, but you have to do the cleaning yourself, otherwise you will be penalized with another 30€. This is something I hadn't seen in other apartments, as they didn't even provide garbage bags.

En primer lugar nos cambiaron de apartamento. No era el apartamento que se mostraba en las fotos ni tampoco la ubicación. El trato de la dueña del piso fue penoso, no se esforzó lo más mínimo en que entendiéramos el idioma ni cómo funcionaban las cosas en la casa (por ejemplo el sistema de reciclaje). Nos cobraron por los suministros de la casa 25€ por persona, no funcionaban las luces, no había agua caliente, ni microondas ni wifi (aunque lo del wifi lo indicaba en la oferta). De otro lado te cobran 50€ por la limpieza pero la limpieza la tienes que hacer tú mismo sino te penalizan con otros 30€. Algo que no había visto en otros apartamentos ya que no por haber no habían ni bolsas de basura.
