La calidad de las instalaciones y la comida excelente. Muchísimas actividades y el personal muy atento y simpático.
La primera comida no entraba en el todo incluido y nadie nos avisó. Si es todo incluido 2 noches, tiene que haber 2 desayunos, 2 comidas y 2 noches. Solo había 1 comida. Por otro lado, los huéspedes eran al 90 % alemanes y cómo nos oían hablar en español dudaban de que hubiéramos pagado la estancia y nos pedían la tarjeta de la habitación y a los alemanes no.

It is a hotel designed by and for Germans. The schedules and staff (60-75% is German) as well as all the animation done in German makes you feel a bit foreign for those who do not master the language of Goethe. If you get a room in the upper area away from the center (restaurant and pools) it is very quiet but the return to it is heavy because of the steep slopes.

Los horarios y personal (60-75% es alemán) así como toda la animación realizada en alemán hace sentirse un tanto extranjero para los que no dominamos el idioma de Goethe. Si te toca una habitación en la zona superior alejada del meollo (restaurante y piscinas) es muy tranquila pero la vuelta a la misma se hace pesada por las empinadas cuestas.
