La ubicación del hotel esta a una hora del centro y requiere de coger varios metros y un tranvía. Además el barrio a pesar de ser tranquilo no tiene ningún sitio medio decente para comer. La habitación no tenía aire acondicionado como indicaba en la web solo un ventilador que daba aire justo delante y poco mas y teniendo en cuenta la ola de calor que había en Paris… La limpieza de la habitación habría que mejorarla, sobretodo el suelo y un espacio que había entre el muebla del lavabo y la ducha. Llegamos el viernes a la 1 y media de la noche, mojados por la lluvia, cansados con las pedazo de mochilas pesadas en la espalda y el *** de recepcionista no nos quería dar la habitación porque según él teniamos que pagar la fianza en efectivo o con tarjeta de crédito pero tenía que ser física, no podía ser con el móvil (?????), nos mandó a un cajero bajo la lluvia con las mochilas para llegar ahí y que no tuviera contactless tampoco. El tío insistiendo que no nos iba a dar la habitación sin la fianza porque claro si rompíamos (tu te crees que a la 1 de la madrugada tengo yo ganas de romper nada?????????!) y nosotros diciendole que nos deje la habitación que por la mañana iríamos a ver donde sacamos dinero en efectivo y el que no y que no. Al final después de darnos por lo que ya sabéis nos dió una “solución” que era dejar el DNI en recepción hasta que llevaramos los 100€ de fianza. (Acaso es legal eso?) una experiencia nefasta, ni una pizca de empatía, ni un poco de amabilidad ni nada. Nos dió hasta ASCO dormir en ese hotel las siguientes dos noches después de la experiencia que tuvimos….

When the hotel told me my booking had been cancelled, you were so helpful and did everything you could to reassure me and worked with the hotel to straighten out the issue.
