The active thermal pool is a spa with mineral-medicinal water (between 30ºC and 33ºC) featuring whirlpools, water beds, jacuzzis, counter-current jets and massage jets at different heights. For safety reasons, children under 4 years old are not allowed access.

Adult schedule:
- Monday to Sunday: from 08:30 to 13:30 and from 16:30 to 20:30.

Children aged 4 to 11 must always access the Active Thermal Pool accompanied by an adult and only during the designated children’s hours. The hotel will provide all the details about the timetable.

It is mandatory to wear a swimming cap, pool slippers and a towel.
