The buffet needs major improvement. There’s little variety, it’s very repetitive, and many things you’d find in other hotels are missing.
The entertainment is terrible, and the pool area and surroundings are really sad. There’s no light at night so you can’t even go for a walk.
The waiters and receptionists are not very sociable or communicative. Some waiters are downright rude and give really poor service, except for one or two who were friendly and approachable. The rest just don’t treat guests well. I saw several people who were very angry with the staff.
