We stayed with only bed and breakfast. Room and hotel is clean. Did not use the pool or other facilities. The breakfast itself is fine
However the breakfast room it is not a Nice place to easy enjoy your breakfast. It is loud and crowded. It is my personal experience that I did not like this. Next time I would book without breakfast.

Para la gran afluencia de personas que habia la comida se agotaba muy rapido y tenian que pasar a un plan B, q nada tenia q ver... no teniamos el cartelito de no molestar en el q indicaba q podian limpiar, entonces no nos limpiaron la habitacion al no tenerlo puesto, ya q no lo teniamos, al llegar no estaba lista la habitacion, veias que otras personas q llegaban detras si se la daban, y en vez de avisarte tenias tu q estar preguntando todo el rato porque podia estar en cualquier momento. Deberian hacer una gran renovación en general.

Hemos pasado 5 días en el Moon Dreams Portomagno en régimen de Todo Incluido. Lo que más quiero destacar es el trato del personal, que ha sido muy amable, atento y agradable durante toda nuestra estancia. Las chicas de la limpieza hicieron la habitación a diario y estamos muy contentos con su trabajo durante el resto de los días. En general, el personal ha sido uno de los puntos más positivos de nuestra estancia.
THE NEGATIVE
The arrival at the room was quite disappointing. We found long black hairs, apparently from a previous guest, in various areas of the room. Also, the bathroom glasses were dirty.
The bathroom needs a lot of maintenance: the shower handset didn’t work and only the overhead shower could be used. The edges of the bath had a lot of rust and limescale build-up and the bathroom does not have an adequate ventilation system.
On the first day, after we had settled in and returned from lunch, a maintenance guy turned up saying he was going to repair a water leak. I had just arrived and was unaware of any leak. Looking at the ceiling I could see a fairly large stain of damp and mould, although at that time it appeared dry.
In the pool area there were many broken or badly damaged sunbeds.
Regarding the food, in general I don’t have a major complaint, but the buffet desserts were not kept refrigerated. When you served yourself a slice of cake, custard or other desserts that should be eaten cold, they were warm or at room temperature, which was quite unpleasant.
As for the house wine, it was served directly from a tank but came out at room temperature or even warm. I believe it should be served at a suitable drinking temperature.
Another negative aspect was the odours in the main areas. We understand the hotel allows pets, but on our floor’s corridor there was sometimes a very unpleasant smell of dog urine and faeces. In fact, on Saturday I had to inform reception personally because a dog had fouled in front of the lift on the 7th floor.
In summary, the staff were very good and friendly, but I consider there are quite a few issues with cleanliness, maintenance and upkeep that should be improved.

La llegada a la habitación fue bastante decepcionante. Encontramos pelos largos y negros, aparentemente de un cliente anterior, por diferentes zonas de la habitación. Además, los vasos del baño estaban sucios.
El baño necesita bastante mantenimiento: el telefonillo de la ducha no funcionaba y solamente se podía utilizar la alcachofa de arriba. Los bordes de la bañera tenían bastante óxido y cal incrustada y el baño no dispone de un sistema de ventilación adecuado.
El primer día, después de instalarnos y volver de comer, se presentó un chico de mantenimiento diciendo que iba a reparar una fuga de agua. Yo acababa de llegar y desconocía que hubiera una fuga. Al mirar al techo pude ver una mancha bastante grande de humedad y moho, aunque en ese momento se apreciaba seca.
En la zona de piscina había muchas hamacas rotas o en mal estado.
Respecto a la comida, en general no tengo una queja importante, pero los postres del buffet no se mantenían refrigerados. Al servirte una porción de tarta, natillas u otros postres que deberían consumirse fríos, te los encontrabas calientes o a temperatura ambiente, algo bastante desagradable.
En cuanto al vino de la casa, se servía directamente de un depósito, pero salía a temperatura ambiente o incluso caliente. Considero que debería servirse a una temperatura adecuada para su consumo.
Otro aspecto negativo fueron los olores en las zonas comunes. Entendemos que el hotel admita mascotas, pero en el pasillo de nuestra planta había en ocasiones un olor muy desagradable a orina y heces de perro. De hecho, el sábado tuve que avisar personalmente en recepción porque un perro había hecho sus necesidades delante del ascensor de la planta 7.
En resumen, el personal ha sido muy bueno y amable, pero considero que hay bastantes aspectos de limpieza, mantenimiento y conservación que deberían mejorar.
