It was too expansive for this standard..We had apartment with the kitchen but .. no plates, pots, glasses, forks.. NOTHING !! How to use it then?! Water in swimming pool was too cold to swim . Breakfast was not good enough .No salats, vegetables . It was not enough staff as plates, glasses was missing. There was only 1 cook and long queue to get food .Parking was paid extra , indoor swimming pool was paid extra..

La ubicación del hotel, la cercanía de la playa, la zona de piscina y la amabilidad del personal (sobretodo el personal del comedor).
The food does not match a superior 4-star hotel. Maybe a 4-star, but certainly not superior. I say this mainly because of the poor presentation: dirty edges on plates and badly presented dishes. This meant many "little dishes" were left untouched because nobody wanted them — the appearance was not appetising at all, and that cannot happen in a 4*Superior hotel.
Another issue was the atmosphere in the dining room, especially in the evenings. It was still September and it was extremely hot because they switched off the air conditioning. Guests were complaining and staff were sweating. We mentioned it to one of the waiters and his response was: what can I tell you! Talk to the manager! I repeat: this cannot happen in a 4*Superior hotel.
As for the desserts, they clearly served pieces of sponge cake or pastries left over from lunchtime, as they were very dry and in some cases hard.
Regarding the room: the room was very nice and spacious but unfortunately there are details to mention: an unpleasant smell in the bathroom, like from the pipes, and the seals of the shower screen were blackened. Also, when I arrived at midday, I found they had only pulled the top sheet over the bed (poorly tucked), they had thrown the two pillows on quickly because they were badly placed, and, as I expected when I lifted the top sheet, the fitted sheet was exactly as I had left it after sleeping. I don’t know whether they didn’t have time to clean my room or what the reason was, but I repeat what I said before: in a hotel of this range, this is inadmissible. In fact, I’ve not even encountered this in a 3* hotel.
La comida no se corresponde con un hotel de 4 estrellas superior. De un 4 estrellas, a lo mejor, pero en ningún caso, superior. Básicamente lo digo por la mala presentación: bordes de platos sucios y mal presentado. Esto hacía que muchos "platillos" se quedasen todos y que nadie los cogiese, es decir, el aspecto no era nada apetitoso, y esto en un hotel de 4*Superior no puede ocurrir.
Por otro lado, el clima en el comedor, básicamente por las noches. Aún estamos en septiembre y hacía muchísimo calor ya que quitaban el aire acondicionado. Clientes quejándose y empleados sudando. Se hizo el comentario a uno de los camareros y la respuesta fue: qué me vas a contar! hablar con el director! Vuelvo a repetir que esto en un 4*Superior no puede suceder.
Respecto a los postres, claramente ponían trocitos de bizcochos o pasteles que habían sobrado del mediodía, puesto que estaban muy secos y en algunos casos, duros.
Respecto a la habitación: La habitación era muy bonita y espaciosa pero desgraciadamente hay detalles a comentar: olor desagradable en el baño, como de tuberías, y juntas de la mampara de la ducha ennegrecidas. Por otro lado, cuando llegué al mediodía, me encontré que sólo habían estirado la sábana de encima de la cama (mal estirada), las dos almohadas las habían tirado corriendo porque estaban super mal puestas, y como me imaginaba al retirar la sábana de encima, la bajera estaba tal cual la había dejado yo después de dormir. No sé si es que no les daba tiempo a arreglar mi habitación o desconozco el motivo, pero repito lo dicho anteriormente: en un hotel de esta categoría, esto es inadmisible. De hecho no me he encontrado esta situación, ni en un hotel de 3*.
