The quality and variety of the food, that they use different griddles to cook — for example the fish — and pancakes for breakfast in the morning.
The walls in the rooms let every sound through. We had to be moved rooms twice… the first time because we had students above us who partied all night, and the second time there was an older French man next door who by 4pm had a party going in his room with a speaker at full volume.
It’s full of students who make noise all day and night, so it’s not suitable for families.
The facilities leave a lot to be desired for a four-star hotel.
Our room had the toilet lid broken and stuck on with tape and the walls were all cracked.
The water park is in another hotel which you have to reach from outside by walking 10 minutes up a hill.
They have almost no entertainment.
In fact we missed the last meal at the hotel because we had to leave early to be able to rest.
I don’t recommend it at all.
They should reconsider calling this a four-star hotel…

La calidad y variedad de la comida, que utilicen diferentes planchas para cocinar por ejemple el pescado y por la mañana tortitas para desayunar..:
Las habitaciones tienen paredes que se traspasa todo el ruido. Nos tuvieron que cambiar dos veces de habitacion… la primera porque teniamos estudiantes arriba y estuvieron toda la noche de fiesta, y la segunda teniamos a un hombre mayor frances al lado que a las 16 de la tarde tenia una fiesta montada en su habitacion con un altavoz a toda castaña.
Esta lleno de estudiantes que hacen ruido durante todo el dia y la noche, por lo tanto no es recomendable para ir en familia.
Las instalaciones dejan mucho que desear para ser un 4 estrellas.
Nuestra habitacion tenia la tapa del wc rota pegada con celo y las paredes todas agrietadas.
El parque acuático se encuentra en otro hotel el cual tienes que acceder desde fuera andando 10 min una cuesta hacia arriba.
No tienen casi nada de animación.
De echo perdimos la ultima comida en el hotel porque nos tuvimos que venir antes para poder descansar.
No lo recomiendo para nada.
Tendrían que mirarse eso de hotel de cuatro estrellas…
