Una experiencia inolvidable de 10!
Acabamos de pasar 3 días en este hotel con spa y, sinceramente, no queríamos irnos. Todo fue simplemente increíble. La atención del personal es impecable: te sientes cuidado en cada momento y se nota que cuidan cada detalle al máximo.
El spa es una maravilla. Está súper bien conectado: bajas en albornoz directamente por el ascensor y llegas casi sin que te vea nadie. Te dan las toallas y el albornoz en recepción, y la zona está pensada para que no tengas que caminar demasiado por el hotel. La piscina es preciosa y el ambiente de relax total.
La comida también está a la altura. El desayuno es riquísimo y de muchísima calidad: leche de almendras, frutos secos, mucha fruta fresca… y hay muchísimas más cosas. Un buffet abundante y variado donde realmente puedes elegir y disfrutar de todo tipo de opciones, todas de gran calidad.
La localización es otro punto fuerte. Está en pleno entorno de naturaleza, rodeado de un parque precioso. Si quieres salir a fumar o simplemente dar un paseo, está todo muy bien conectado y el entorno es un regalo.
En resumen: una experiencia redonda. Tres días se nos hicieron cortísimos y ya estamos pensando en volver. Totalmente recomendable si buscas desconectar, cuidarte y disfrutar de un hotel donde se nota el mimo en cada detalle.
I would raise the temperature of the indoor pool water a little. We went in summer and it was lukewarm; if we’d been there in winter we’d probably have been cold.
In the café’s afternoon menu (available from 18:30) we ordered pizza, stuffed mushrooms and croquettes, and they were tasty. If there had been more varied options we would have ordered more. We had hot chocolate and it would have been great if there had also been cake, fruit or other things for a snack.
Since they do room service every day, it would be good if they changed the towels. ours was very wet and they didn’t replace it.
Even with these small details, the overall experience is a 10.
A la piscina interior le subiría un poquito la temperatura del agua. Fuimos en verano y estaba templada; si fuésemos en invierno seguramente tendríamos frío.
En la carta de la cafetería por la tarde (disponible a las 18:30) pedimos pizza, champiñones rellenos y croquetas, y estaban ricos. Si hubiera más opciones diferentes hubiéramos pedido más. Tomamos chocolate caliente y hubiera estado genial que hubiera también bizcocho, fruta u otras cosas para merendar.
Ya que hacen servicio de habitaciones todos los días, estaría bien que cambiasen las toallas. La nuestra estaba muy mojada y no nos la cambiaron.
Aun con estos pequeños detalles, la experiencia general es de 10.

Hemos estado 3 noches en este Hotelazo, disfrutando de la calidad que ofrece.
Habitaciones amplias, con camas grandes de 2,2x2,2m , super cómodas y envolventes, que harán que duermas del tirón y sin casi moverte, gracias a la comodidad que tienen.
La habitación es amplia, moderna, con suelo enmoquetado, armario empotrado que hecho en falta alguna balda más para poder poner ropa doblada y no tener que ponerla tan abajo.
Las instalaciones del hotel están de 10, consta de piscina en la terraza, acta para todos los públicos ya que no es profunda. Y tienes una zona para niños en la misma, zona ajardinada y tumbonas.
Zona weellness y gym, que es ideal. Donde más estuve, (no tiene pago adicional, eso sí llévate gorro ) gran piscina climatizada con jacuzzi, y dos saunas, lo hacen ideal para el descanso supremo.
También tiene zonas de ocio, como bar y zonas de villar.
El Desayuno, está genial, no es grande pero tiene buenos productos de la tierra, para poder combinarlos como desees.
Una cosa genial es que puedes llegar con tu coche y aparcarcarbsin problema y sin coste, dentro del establecimiento.
El hotel está rodeado de un gran parque, y montañas, ideal para descansar.

The Melgaço thermal baths were a disappointment. The water was cold, at 30°C, and it wasn’t thermal or spring water but treated with chlorine and other chemicals. The sauna wasn’t working and the air temperature outside the water was low, so we couldn’t enjoy the time we paid for because of the cold.
