Aunque la playa está cerca el.mar siempre está más revuelto que en calma, para entrar al mar unos cantos matadores. Más al sur más cerca del Castillo la playa es excepcional, arena finísima , no cubre ,agua tranquila.
Be careful, it's called Acualandia Hotel and it's not just that it doesn't have water Water Slides—it doesn't even have a pool. The photos they show are from two streets away; the whole place is concrete, families with young children struggling, no areas to sit, and if you want to, you have to rent sunbeds for €3 or €5. The Water Slides aren't anything special either.
The bathrooms had no toilet paper, open plastic bins so everything thrown away was visible.
At 19:00h the Water Slides close, and at 20:00h. the pool closes. So don't even think about having a swim after the beach, because you won't make it in time.
We changed rooms for the last two days of our stay, only to get a call a few hours later cancelling it, with excuses that sounded like lies, blaming their colleague, who was actually the one who took time to do things properly. It was a very awkward and unpleasant situation and it really disappointed us, especially the children.
Not having a pool means there's none of that summer holiday atmosphere for kids and adults.
Cuidado, Acualandia se llama el Hotel y no es que No tenga toboganes es que No tiene ni piscina. Las fotos que enseñan están dos calles paralelas, todo cemento , familias con niños pequeños penando con ellos, sin zonas donde sentarse y para hacerlo alquila hamacas a 3 y5€. Los toboganes no son gran cosa tampoco.
Los baños sin papel, papeleras de plástico abiertas con lo que dejaban al descubierto todo lo vertido.
A las 19:00 cierre de toboganes y a las 20:00 la piscina. Vamos no pienses en darte un chapuzón después de la playa porque no llegas.j
Hicimos un cambio de habitación para los dos últimos días de estancia, para que horas después nos llamarán por teléfono para anularla, excusas que sonaban a mentira, echando la culpa a su compañera la cual se molestó y tomó su tiempo en hacer bien las cosas, una situación muy incómoda ,fea y nos desilusionó mucho sobre todo a los niños.
El que no tenga piscina, hace que no haya ese ambiente veraniego de animación para niños y adultos.
